THE ROOF DOCTOR was great to work with. I had a leak in one part of the roof, and they were able to fix it for a very reasonable price, and fixed it within 4 days from bid to completion. Not only did they fix the roof, but they repaired other areas, replaced broken tiles and resealed all key areas of the entire roof. Karey, who works in the office is polite and funny on the phone, as well as easy to communicate with, as emails were sent consistently without fail. Jesus is the one who made the estimate, bid agreement, and was the one to fix the roof to completion.

He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and worked his butt off fixing the roof. Payments were professionally handled as well giving me plenty of options. I used The Roof Doctor for a reroof on a rental duplex. I got a fair estimate, with only work that needed to be done. I had another bid and they wanted to reroof the patio, but Rick like myself felt patio was OK for now. They took 2 plus days to remove two layers of shingles and install new wind resistant shingles. Roof now looks great and I will use The Roof Doctor again. Excellent job thanks to Rich and Rick along with their team!

My elderly in-laws in Henderson had Rick repair the roof on their patio cover. The workmanship on the job was very poor, and asked that he come out to see the work when they were asked to make payment in full. After being shown the problems, Rick couldn't have cared less, and basically said you'll have to live with it. Rick had also over estimated how much material was required, and took away the excess to use on another job. When asked to credit them, he flatly said no. This is how Ricks company treats senior citizens on a fixed income. Run in the opposite direction, folks.

Called them for a spot on the roof that some shingles fell off during the last windstorm. After 2 weeks they came out and said that they dont do spots and gave me a couple of 4 digit quotes for services that i didnt ask for. Will pass on these guys. They might be ok for whole roofs but dont call them for anything else.

I called on a 5-Year warranty on a home I purchased. We have a leak and wanted it looked at. We called them 10 days ago with no one contacting us since then. I just left a message and will be way ok improving this rating. It has been raining a lot but that is no excuse to ignore a customer.

The experience with this company was not good. The Owner who came out to bid the job was carrying an iced drink that smelled as if it contained alcohol. He was nice enough and seemed to know his business so he was hired. Unfortunately he sent out crews to do the work that were piece workers. The owner did not come and check out the work that they did.

It was shoddy work done in a rushed manner. The installation of the product was not done per manufacturer recommendations which completely voided the warranty for leaks. If you are having felt installed make sure that roofing nails are used and not staples. The staples void the warranty. If roofing nails are used the warranty is good for 5 years for leaks. I recommend asking what fasteners will be used, who will be working on your roof and what warranty is provided.

After finding a leak in our patio roof, we called The Roof Doctor out to give us an estimate. We got other estimates from other companies, but The Roof Doctor has the best price and they were the most professional coming out. We ended up just redoing our whole roof, not just where the Leak was because our house is over 25 years old. The crew that came out was prompt, courteous, answered all my questions, but most of all. THEY WERE CLEAN!

I didn't realize how messy replacing a roof was and was dreading having to sweep the front walkway. But when I came home, everything was clean and when my husband got home, he asked me if they had even started yet! Yes, they did the whole front side of the house in one day! This company is professional and sent me pictures of the work they did on the roof too. Thank you Roof Doctor! Everyone that we dealt with was great!

We've worked with Roof Doctor on several projects, they have great communication and are easy to work with. Rick is knowledgeable and honest, we trust and recommend this company to our friends and family when possible.

The Roof Doctor came out to give me an estimate on a leak I have on my roof. Tim was the estimator and inspected the leak and gave me an estimate. He told me the entire roof needed to be replaced on the addition to my home. I went ahead and hired them for the job. When it was all completed I promptly paid the remaining balance. They offer a 5 year warranty and workmanship on complete roofing.

Fast forward a year later and my roof begina to leak in same spot. I call Tim to check why its still leaking and he came and did his inspection. He then told me that its not covered under warranty and that the leak is coming from a different spot. I explained to him that its the same spot before you guys did the roof and he disagreed even though I have pictures dated from over 3 years ago showing the leak. Don't waste your money with this company.

They don't honor their warranties and now I'm in the process of filing a complaint with BBB because they want to charge me for the job that they were suppose to do in the first place.

This place is a joke. They cant even answer the phone. They're tech urinates in people's front yard. It takes over a week to get an estimate. What a joke Alright, so Tim is awesome. Came out the same day to do the estimate.

So my neighbors are getting their roof done by this company. all good except for the fact when I walked out to my car with my child the guy was on the side of the house (in the front yard) peeing! Completely unprofessional!

Everyone showed up when scheduled. The workers were respectful and cleaned up their area daily. When they needed another day for dry-time, they called directly to reschedule. The work was completed timely. Excellent workmanship. Very pleased with the overall experience.

For fair disclosure, the rating and the review are not about the actual work, but about the lack of professional courtesy of the business that ultimately pushed me away from them. I believe that this is an appropriate basis for a review. Here is the story. With a need for a roof inspection/maintenance/repair, I checked a few sources of information, including Yelp.

The Roof Doctor was highly rated. I gave it a try. Calling in mid-July, I knew that I was looking at some serious lead-times: late summer is busy for roofers in Vegas. Sure enough, the person I spoke with told me that I was looking at two-three weeks before an estimator would contact me. Anything more precise than "two-three weeks"? No. The following week I got a call from a "Tim, " who was on the way to my house. What?

No heads-up? I kind of wanted to be around for a roof inspection, ask questions, look at things. I was at work and in the middle of something. My next question: could that be rescheduled to a bit later (30-40 minutes)? No, said Tim, he had a really busy schedule (and really didn't need me to be around -- he just needed the permission). Well, I wrapped up at work as quickly as I could and rushed home. Tim was nowhere to be found.

After a short while, I gave him a call. He was talking to somebody asking about a gate code. What gate code? Tim went somewhere else and now did not expect to come by my house until an hour or two later. Well, I told Tim, that wasn't going to work (this is a polite interpretation of what I really said). Then I called The Roof Doctor, explained what happened, and requested a different estimator -- somebody with a bit more professional courtesy. Sure, replied the lady on the phone.

It has been more than a month since that conversation. I called another company. They were busy. So, they gave me a two-hour window three weeks out for an inspection. On the scheduled date, I got a call 20 minutes before the scheduled time, and the two guys showed up 20 minutes later -- exactly when promised. They came from a business that valued their customers' time, and they got the job. The Roof Doctor is yet to call me back. They are probably too busy -- because of that high Yelp rating, phones must be off the hook.

I researched many roofing companies. The majority of them were priced extremely high. Roof Doctor was reasonable, efficient and timely. I called as the vent boots were being lifted up from my roof by wind gusts. I called-Tim came out early the next day and repaired it that same day. I was pleased with the work and the immediate service.

Just completed a residential roofing project with this company and can't say enough good things. From initial contact through completion, great communication and immediate responses to any concerns. Professional and friendly estimators and a working staff you enjoy having at your home. We Buy all cash- Fix & Flip homes all over Vegas. We had a big job that not many were able to take on.we had 4 Bids on the job. Long story short Roof-Doctors was best value for all the work that was needed from a licensed and insured company. They got us in sooner than expected, did quick great clean work and made sure to correct anything that came up during city inspection.

They did a good job on the cleanup from the debris that fell in and around the house, as good as can be expected without asking for every piece to picked out of the rocks. This house entirely needed all new plywood and roofing, It was a BIG job! We were happy all the way around, we decided to use them on another house we just bought down the street. While getting a new water heater we found out we were missing a roof tile. After problems with other roofers, we found the Rood Doctor. They were quick to get Jesus out to inspect our roof. He was very thorough job and checked the whole roof. He let us know what he found and the office was quick to get us a repair estimate. The office quickly got us in the schedule and the repairs were done on the day they estimated. The Roof Doctor took good care of our roof and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Rich was right on the dot for the initial appointment for the estimate. He went up on the roof for a thorough exam of our leaks. When he came down, he had pictures and a diagram of all the various problems (we have several different areas that are leaking) and his suggested solutions.

Rich Blunk listened to our needs and gave us a competitive quote with thorough explanations for the numbers. Workers were here when scheduled and got right to the job. Job was done when they said it would be and it was done well. Very good clean up after the job. I recommend this company because good work ethics are hard to find theses days!

The roofers came earlier than I expected. However, they were very efficient about the repairs and worked quickly. The only problem was that the diagram created by the estimator was not provided to the repairers, and as such they missed the biggest problem on the roof. (They were only told to repair four tiles, which they did. That means they found one that the estimator did not see.)

I was very impressed! Estimate was done immediately with a detailed estimate. The Roof Doctor went out and recommended what NEEDED to be done and didn't try to get more work out of me that wasn't necessary.

Great experience. He was the last of the 3 contractors to get back to me, but when he did, he had already come by the house without my knowledge and assessed the job from the street. His bid was substantially less than the other contractors, and he noticed loose tiles on the front of the house that the other contractors had missed.
