It was a long process to have my filtration tank replaced. I talked with several people for almost 3 weeks, but no luck. Finally I found the PERFECT HELP. Victoria was amazing. Very professional and kept me updated with the details and finally she was able to have my tank replaced. She is a great asset for the company. Without her, I would of give 1 star. SE DESERVES 5. Great job.

Domingo was the best salesman ever. He explained everything to us and was very gentle. Definitely a 5 start experience.

We had great experiences at the pool Spa Billiard store after going other places and were not pleased with as they didn't explain anything about pool we searching for! Edwin was very professional and understanding of all our needs! Thanks Edwin and will definitely send you more customers.

Will never do business with this company again. The 2 stars given are for the installers who worked so hard to put up the large pool. Bought over a $10k pool system selecting items my husband and I both wanted and items we were told we needed for a 15x30 above ground pool by a "28 year veteran" pool saleman. In trying to understand why the item wasn't delivered and installed, we spoke to the owner "president & ceo" of the company Edwin.

What a vile, disrespectful person who we regret giving our business to. Via phone, he continuously spoke over me yelling and insulting me constantly, told me I'm not getting anything I didn't pay for even before trying to understand where we were coming from. First, no one said anything about not paying for anything so why he ignorantly assumed that speaks to his lack of professionalism and common sense.

We simply didn't understand why his salesman said we needed to purchase the item that was going to help our pool last and ordering it.to not getting it. Believing we were charged for it the item, we were upset that the installers said it wasn't delivered on site and they would have to return the next day, delaying our install (which was delayed anyway when we were told it would be a one day install, another lie).

The owner president and ceo Edwin could not have been more unprofessional and childish than he was. We will never be back and if we could return the pool and not give him a dime of our business we would. If your interested in an above ground pool purchase, go to Above Ground Pool and Spa & BBQ off W31st in Hialeah or somewhere else where you will hopefully be treated as both a valued customer and human being.

Juan was great, he make the process ease and very informative regarding all my questions. He has experience and this in my second purchase.

I just upgraded the Controls to my hot tub, the Tech, Alfredo, who came to do the job was very knowledgeable and he definitely knew what he was doing. He was very polite and answer all my questions, everything is working perfectly. I'm very happy with the results.

Edwin was wonderful in helping us choose our barbecue. We always do business with The Pool Spa. Recommend them very highly!

Thank you Pool Spa and Billiard store! Mike and Edwin were great-patient and explained everything to me while purchasing my spa. I had visited the store earlier and Mike had patiently listen to my needs especially living with a elderly mother wanted something she could enjoyed. His recommendations were great and even provided a written quote, no sales pressure.

When I returned almost six weeks later Edwin took care of me since Mike wasn't working and he honored the price on a different model. He was very courteous and professional. No pressure and a fair price. Looking forward to receiving my spa.

I'm so mad my husband once again tried this place again. We like to give people the benefit of the doubt but you never win with them. I paid for solar wall lights for my above ground pool and it's been over a month and I still haven't received them. they think people are stupid or who knows what but they ended up given me lights for steps.

Which my steps are crappy steps that I got from them and are not compatible with the step lights they gave me. What's get me mad is you pay so much money to get what you want and still didn't get any wall solar lights which is what we wanted. It's like if I'm asking for them to give it to me for free. I payed and arm and a leg for this pool and accessories. BEWARE! Go some where else if you want better service. They promise the world but you get crap.

If you are a new pool owner go somewhere else to get your pool because the customer service will leave you in tears. We bought a pool in April and have been struggling ever since. I think the pump and salt system is bad but none the less they do not help you to understand or trouble shoot. They are rude and just don't care after you are 8,000 in debt. Xavier the pool install guy is also awful.

We have grass roots growing up through the bottom of our pool and nobody cares. I have to purchase a new pool liner now since there are big holes. He finally called me and said he would be at our house yesterday morning. My husband took off work and waited because he needs to know why the check salt cell light never turned off from install, Xavier never came, called or replied to my text. Also, our pool was installed crooked and it's on the side you see from the house so it's a nice eye sore.

If you wanna throw your money away, then call these guys. Not recommended "they are too busy" is all you will hear from them. Oh, and the mfg told me that the reason the grass grew up through the lining is because the installer (Xavier) who is the only installers Pool Spa Billiards will use at 1400.00, never installed the liner between the ground and the liner.

I've been waiting for an estimate for 3 weeks now still haven't received anything. I've called several times and asked for an estimate and I get promised that someone will send and still waiting, very frustrating as I didn't get an estimate when I went in person.

Thank you for what you did for the nurse and giving her the pool! I was so upset when i saw her situation and you came through like an angel. Good people like you are what make hard times like this feel like it's a not such a disappointment everywhere

Edwin came by to give me a quote to fix a botched job by Discount Spa/Gary Sanders, Aspen spas. He had an excuse every week to put off doing the job. He was in the hospital. He cut his finger. He travelled. He was sick. His phone went out. His internet was out. He had the wrong email. He actually threatened us. In my opinion, he is a con, a liar and probably doesn't know what he's doing. don't use this guy or Aspen Spas, St. Louis, MO. or Gary Sanders, Discount Spa Coconut Creek, Fl. if you look at public records in Miami dade county, you will see numerous evictions notices for Edwin Quinteros/Pool Spa Billiard. I wouldn't do business with someone who can't pay their rent.i'd be afraid of my deposit disappearing with them if evicted.

I purchased a spa from them a few years back. The spa now needs service. It's probably out of warranty and that's ok, no prob. I call to schedule an appointment and they promise a call back. they never do. I call them again, and they promise a call back again. they never do. I call again and finally schedule an appointment and then they never show up for the actual appointment and they don't even bother to call to reschedule or anything. This is an extraordinarily poorly run business and I would strongly advise you to go elsewhere.

Edwin and his team do a great job educating you on any hot tub or swim spa. They have a biggest selection of hot tubs in the Miami area.

I have never experienced a level of poor customer service as I did here. Paid almost 5,000 for my unit and while still within warranty, the unit stopped working. It's been 4 months of lies, missed appointments, broken promises and I'm still left with a unit that has warranty yet haven't been able to enjoy it for 4 MONTHS! I've been in contact with the owner, store employees, technicians and even the factory direct. I've been bounced around for 4 months.

Never have I felt so taken advantage of. This unfortunately is the downside to mom and pop or independent retailers. They take your money and you have to pray that you don't have any issues. I have no choice but to deal with this myself. Hope this post helps others be aware.

The absolute worst service of any company I have ever worked with. We have had several warranty issues with the spa. When we purchased the spa we were told it came with a 5 year warranty, with the first year having no service call fee. All this sounded great, however no one comes to fix anything. I have given up contacting them and am now call manufacturer. I would strongly recommend buying your spa from a more reputable dealer. This company is a disgrace and should be closed down

Stay away from this place, They are eager to sell but not to provide customer service after the fact. I purchased a spa and grill island for $14,500.00 and had issues with both since day one (in 2016) and the issues are still there. They are incompetent and aggressive, unprofessional and rude. I have never been so disappointed in a store. I would strongly recommend staying clear away from this store. Do not trust them.

Very helpful and a great selection of spas they helped me every step of the way and delivered everything to my house no hassle

My husband and I went looking for pricing and information on hot tubs and I have to say that Edwin one of the owners is super knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and personable. They have great products, so great that's difficult to chose. Also, you're more then welcome to set up a date to try different hot tubs. Thanks Edwin for the experience can't wait to come back and buy our own!

It's a friendly place the employees make you feel at home they go out of there way to make you happy the manager at the desk Victoria will help you in anything you need from repairs to parts to yr delivery they all are helpful from the sales person to the owners go in take a look you will be surprised of what you could afford they all will help you get what you want.
