Quick and efficient! We were on vacation and our garage door stopped working and our dog sitter couldn't get in to get to our dogs. He was there in 30 mins and got her in for a reasonable price.

Absolutely amazing. I locked myself out of my car for the first time ever. Called them up and immediately I could tell they were professional. Dallas came to help me within 30 minutes and sent me updates so I knew how close he was. I received a call from my daughter her key broke off in the lock, she could not get in. I had to leave my job and drive 45 minutes home. I called several locksmiths all to say you live to far we can't get to you until Tuesday or Wednesday. I am literally in tears. I called The One Stop the guy said I will call you back to see if we can come not sure if he said you live far out.

He called me back and said someone will be there by 12:30. Once the guy got here he was not sure if he could get the key out. He took the lock off went to his van and was able to get key out. Very, very pleased. The young man was very professional and polite. Thank you so much.

Really pleased with One Stop Locksmith. The crew who was installing our new exterior doors was supposed to install the lock sets as well. They botched one and left us with a pile of pieces for the other. One Stop Locksmith came out and within an hour had correctly re-installed the first set, completely installed the second set, and re-keyed both (since the door people "lost" both sets of keys). Added bonus: One Stop Locksmith re-keyed both doors to lock/unlock with the same key, which is one less thing to keep track of.

They did a great job and we were very happy with the results! Pro tip: I was running around before our appointment, and in the process of getting my son from school I missed their call telling me that they were on their way. So then they sent me a text to say that they were canceling, which wasn't great. But I called them back and we straightened it out and met as scheduled. So if it's almost time for your appointment, watch your phone so you don't miss a call and end up canceled!

The tech was very responsive and kept me posted on his ETA, even when he was delayed. In a matter of minutes, he had my keys back to me and even helped me replace the dead battery in my key before he left. Very professional and courteous-greatly appreciated!

I got locked out of my house at 10.30pm on a Wednesday night. I instantly googled a near by locksmith. The one stop locksmith appeared rite on top of the page, I called this company they answered my call in minutes and the tech Vijay was at my door step within 30 mins and got me into my house in no time. I highly recommend One Stop Locksmith! I called in the morning, and Vijay (owner) showed up by noon. I needed a full replacement of my front door lock. He went to Lowe's, purchased what I needed, and came back to replace before sundown. This is great service! And the price was more than fair. Thank you One Stop! I will definitely use you again.
