Scott at GMT was super responsive after the last storm that came thru caused water damage in my kitchen. He sent a crew right out, they diagnosed the problem and replaced several rotting roof vents, installed new gutters and guards. Problem solved. I highly recommend! Very fair price and extremely responsive. I had contacted several other contractors prior to finding GMT but no one ever returned my calls.

Gutterman did an excellent job replacing old steel gutters with a new aluminum system. Their team was very responsive to work with me in coordinating between painters and other contractors. The owner Scott was very accommodating, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. It took several months for us to decide on gutter color and Scott honored the quoted price unlike other companies that often would increase it. He also worked with the painting company to coordinate the work as we were having the soffit and fascia painted. His crew was on time, repaired damaged fascia as planned and completed the install on time. They did a good job cleaning up after they were done. Thank you for a great quality job.

From the first time I called, they were responsive and very professional. I spoke with the owner about my concerns and issues and he developed solutions to deal with them. He demonstrated the products they offered and helped me make the right selection from my home and budget he provided a quote the next day The installation crew came a few weeks later and were courteous and professional.

Gutterman of TN installed new gutters and gutter guards on our home. They responded quickly to our inquiries about estimates. The price was significantly cheaper than other companies I got quotes from but the work has been solid. They were also able to schedule us in about half the time as other companies (2 weeks compared to 4).The gutters and guards work well and withstood a week of heavy rains well. There were some nails left lying around the house but that's to be expected. Absolutely no complaints, easy communication, great pricing, solid workmanship.

Scott is awesome. His team had my house gutters cleaned, debris removed, and guards put on. My garage had new gutters and downspouts installed. I paid $500 to get my gutters aligned and fixed so they would flow properly. They were here for 30 minutes, tops. I continue to have problems with my gutters not draining. They back up into the soffits and flow right through. I called multiple times over the course of three months to try to get help resolving my issues. Scott repeatedly said he would come out but never showed up. Worst service ever. Waste of $500.

9/1:17 as of today's date, Scott B has resolved my issue and I am satisfied with the outcome we had Gutterman install the protective covering on our Gutters this summer and noticed that after the install, there was dirt/mud coming over the sides of the gutters. We have tried calling several times to have him come and investigate why that was happening.

We had a hard time getting him to call us back. He finally does return a call and then doesn't show up when he promised to make it. This happened twice. I left a message stating I would give him a bad review if he didn't return my call so I guess this is where we are at. They get your money and don't care or guarantee their work. Stay away. Next I will be filing a complaint with the BBB of Tennessee.

With my mind in the gutter - or on the excessive debris in the gutters f my home - I knew that I needed to take action. In the fall of 2014, I requested about 4 bids. I also listened to a few sales pitches disguised as general explanations. Then I got on the phone with Scott Brasfield: The Gutterman. He talked with me honestly, in a very casual way, not leading me in any one direction, as my brother would.

That I appreciated. Scott also has the unique ability to show samples of every product on the market, as well as older products. He apparently collects them all, as he is always looking for a better product and does not pledge allegiance to any one manufacturer. His samples allow customers to make better decisions as well. Scott's solution and price was very fair, considering the product that I chose and fair relative to the other contractors who bid for the same work.

The work was done on time and without any issues. The gutters are performing well. That fact, the product warranty and Scott's service all give me real peace of mind. So, if you need new gutters or gutter guards and want to make an informed decision without sales pitches for whatever brand the installer signed a contract with, call Scott.
