I have always loved working with wood, so when my friend offered me a job installing wood floors, I put in my notice at my job with Sears. I started installing wood floors over 20 years ago with one of the bigger floor companies in town. There I learned many skills, installation, repair, sanding, finishing, and refinish.

From there I moved onto another large company, learning even more skills, many of them were different from the previous company. I realy enjoyed learning something different from each person that trained me. I never forgot any of the skills I learned from either company, Instead I refined each of the skills and added some of my own.

Just walk into any house with Hardwood Floors and you'll immediately appreciate the beauty and warmth of a real Hardwood Floor. Because it is one of the world's first floor coverings, it is very traditional, as well as time tested. When I say time tested, I'm talking not only decades, but centuries. Hardwood floor is a permanent floor covering.

Tom installed hardwood floors for us in the den of our home. It was our pleasure working with Tom and his crew. Customer service is a biggie with us, and Tom delivers. Tom always showed up when he said he was going to be there, and on time. He worked around our schedule when we had to go out of town. Tom's crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

The Floor Guy, Tom, installed my hardwood floors on my personal home in Nov. 2005. His crews worked on Thanksgiving to get my hardwoods installed. They are the best. Tom refinished the hard wood floors in my daughters home in Holliday Hills in 2007 and they are fabulous. I have sent Tom many referrals from my real estate clients and all have been extremely happy with his work.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! After removing the previous owner's carpet in a bedroom we had lived with for 15 years, we feared that the hardwood floor underneath would either have to be recovered or replaced.
