I called the office at 8pm on Friday night and someone (not automated machine) answered the phone after a few ring! She took some info and another lady called me back ASAP to schedule an appointment for next morning! The technician was someone I was referred by many of my neighbors - Mr. Frost. He showed up on time, very friendly and personable man listened carefully about our AC issues and went right to check on the system outside.

He came back with our old capacitor to show me and taught me how he test it, went right back to replace it and my AC was back working like a magic! After getting a $5k quote to replace the condenser by another company, I was hesitant to pay another service fee to have this company for 2nd opinion. But oh man I am so grateful that I did! Look no further and call this company!

I will be signing up for the annual plan to get all my HBAC tune ups by them. I am beyond pleased with everyone's service from this company and so grateful that I found them!

We literally had 5 HVAC companies come by today. Our very last appt was this company. The gentleman's name was Frost. Very knowledgeable and patient. He looked at our unit and said we needed a capicator. Seriously, the saying save the best for last in its truest form. No one else who came by today even suggested that. He fixed it and we are in a cold house :. Thankful for this company. Thank you Frost for helping us all out. You're the MVP!

Mario & his apprentice did a fantastic job getting our A/C unit up & running. The A/C unit went out on a Saturday & the part we needed was out of stock, so we were going to have to wait until Monday for the repair. Even though it was only mid May, the outside temperature was still hot & we like to keep the A/C units at 70°. As Mario was leaving, he let us know he would make sure he was able to be the technician to repair our unit ASAP on Monday & we said goodbye & see you Monday.

Less than an hour after they left we got a phone call from the office saying they had found the item that was needed to repair our unit & that Mario & his apprentice would be happy to come fix it now, & it was already almost 5:00pm. I said "yes please" & by 6:50pm these awesome guys had everything up & running! My husband & I are so appreciative to them for going above & beyond & getting the repair done the same day!

I'm pretty sure most techs would not have come back on a Saturday at almost 5pm to do the repair. The Cooling Company is very lucky to have two knowledgeable & terrific technicians as employees! I had the best experience with this company. I called to have my ac looked at on Friday. They came out first thing Saturday morning. My technician was Mario who was very professional and had explained everything to me. I really respect an honest person coming to my home and Mario was just that. I will definitely use them again. My AC and airflow in my house has never felt better and can't thank them enough. Thanks Mario!

Great company! We were impressed with their knowledge and their ability to "troubleshoot" the various issues as they came to light. We originally contacted them to help with a tricky wiring problem created with the change from NV Energy's thermostats to Ecobee thermostats. We also knew we would need a complete overview of our cooling systems but just wanted to get the thermostats working properly.

In the process, wiring problems revealed other problems in our 18 year old system and we decided to get the double AC/furnace all replaced. One day later and well before the AC is needed, we have it completed. Many thanks to Frost and his team for providing the initial service and options (fix or buy) and a great shout-out to Marcos and his team for getting the job done efficiently and completely, which included protective cloths, attention to carefully removing the old and installing the new, and making sure everything was left in perfect condition (vacuum and clean-up). Good job to The Cooling Company!

The service tech (Frost) was superb. He was patient and informative in how he approached a consultation for new service contract. I was very impressed and while I didn't buy anything from them today as I was just pricing out parts and labor, Frost's customer service efforts are a big reason why I would highly recommend this company.

'Frost' came out to check on our Furnace as it was putting out cool air for awhile before getting heat. He took video and pictures and reviewed with us what was going on and why it was doing what it was doing, as well as offered good solutions. We were impressed that he took the time to answer all of our questions fully, and explained things in a simplified manner.

The Cooling Company takes good care of its customers from the call to set up the appointment through billing and follow up. Each person listens responds clearly to make every conversation pleasant and productive. The techs do a great job and explain what they did in simple terms. I am given enough information to make my own decision. I do not feel pressured or up-saled.

We just signed up for another year of their maintenance program. We look forward to having them back out in the summer and before if the need arises. Thanks Cooling Company and Mr Frost.

Two years ago they replaced all the ducting in my 2300 foot house. They were not the cheapest of the three bits, but I was impressed with the detail of their presentation. That turned out to be a good decision. They did a great job. Last week my maintenance company outlined some huge repairs. My home warranty insurance sent a tech and disputed pretty much all those recommendations but did suggest adding an additional air register.

I called the Cooling Company. Jorge came out and inspected airflow, both units and also disputed pretty much all the recommendations made by the other company. He also did not recommend adding the air register at this time. The cooling Company also does twice a year maintenance. Based on their professionalism and integrity, I've switched to their platinum program. I eventually I would strongly recommend this company (and feel free to ask for Jorge).

I highly recommend the cooling company. They fixed both my AC units that decided to hit the hay during heat waves (seriously)! The first time it was my kitchen side unit when the highs were 116 then my bedroom side unit went out (recently) with a high of 108. If it wasn't for them, I would be dying of heat exhaustion. They saved us during the heat waves. Jorge came to fix both units at separate times and he was quick, reliable, knowledgable, hard working, and just a genuine human being which is so hard to find in this crazy world.

Their pricing is fair and it doesn't break the bank compared to other companies that quoted me. They came out and got the jobs done in a timely manner. I am a forever customer and I suggest you use them too

I called the Cooling Company because my AC was making weird noises and it was getting hotter. I was given the Cooling Company's number along with one of their technicians name Frost. They were able to get Frost out to my house in 2 hours. Once he arrived he was very professional and informative about what was going on about. He was able to replace the part of the AC unit right there. It was a wonderful experience dealing with Frost and with the Cooling Company.

Was on time with good communication setting up the appointment, on their way, and at the appointment. We got a follow up call to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The tech found 2 issues. He documented them with pictures and an estimate. We hired them to take care of both items. We were made aware of a maintenance plan we could purchase that included a discount on the service.

The tech got approval for the discount to be applied to the service done that day. We appreciated the good communication and the willingness to work to get us their best price. We will continue to use them as the years go on in the home.

The company 's crew did a great job installing the new A/C, very professional and knowledgeable. Ray Halili did a great job explaining everything, very nice guy, very professional. Both the crew and Mr. Halili ensured everything was cleaned up and good to go. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. 5 stars!

Cox had come into our house and had no business Being in the attic and turned some switches off to the AC. I was worried because I thought our unit went out. I had called about 5 companies and finally the cooling company. They were able to send someone down within a couple hours. Jr went in the attic right away and knew what the problem was. Problem fixed in a few minutes. He also gave me helpful information for the future. Thank you for your help! I recommend this company.

I called late in the day to get a schedule for my a/c so that they can diagnose what's wrong with it and I was surprised that they said that they can come within a couple of hours. Technician (Ken) came within the time quoted. Diagnosed the problem and explained everything that needs to be done. A few minutes later, a/c is now working and he made sure that air is blowing cold before leaving. Also, I really liked that they did a follow up call the next day to see how everything went. Now, that's great customer service!

The Cooling Company has been the best since I switched to them a few years ago. We have both HVAC & Swamp cooling units and the latter are the higher cost to maintain. I called about a noise from one of our two units around 10 to 11 and had someone out by 1 in the afternoon. Problem was fixed quickly and the pictures plus videos showed me the condition of the unit.

They are the first company that I know of that has a maintenance contract for swamp coolers. I have had it for the HVAC for a couple of years and added the swamp units last year. Both cut down on my costs.

I was I the market for a new ac and furnace, I received several quotes from reputable companies and The cooling company was the cheapest. I decided to go with them because Lennox recommends them and Ray actually took his time to explain everything. A couple days later Jeff and his partner came and install everything nicely. If you're in the market you should definitely contact them. Out of all the dealers that Lennox has listed on their website this is by far the friendliest and cheapest

We had our A/C go out yesterday so we called The Cooling Company to come out and take a look at it. We have used them before and have been satisfied with them. Tech showed up ran some test on the unit and said we need a new fan motor and Capacitor for $1020.00 but before we could say ok do the work. He immediately went into selling us a new system.

That our system is now obsolete and it was going to cost us $5000.00 for the condenser and $5000.00 for the FAU. I would have had him do the work if he didn't try to sell me a new system but that brought up a red flag for me and said no we can't afford that. He the packed up his tools I paid the $79.00 service fee and left. Being a plumber I know a lot of people in the Industry so I called my buddy and he told me to get a new capacitor and that he will Order it from a supply house and have it on will call for me to pick up.

So I went to the supply house expecting to pay &258.00 that they wanted to charge me for the capacitor surprised to see it only cost $18.38. WOW! I understand that they have to run a Business but 240% mark up is insane. Replaced the capacitor and turned on the A/C and to my disbelief the fan motor worked and didn't need to be replaced. They lost a customer yesterday and I will never call them again.

Called because of a noise issue with our ac unit. The tech inspected things and "did some work" without getting it approved first and charged labor. As you can imagine with AC companies this is quite a bit. Problem not fixed spoke to them and they sent another technician who by the way entered our home without wearing a mask even though I was told this company was having all techs do this due to pandemic.

He couldn't identify the issue and just gave us an estimate for 1000 dollars of unrelated work. I think this is why people hesitate when contacting hvav companies. We are out $200 and our issues persists. **** Update: So just want to respond to the response I got back from the company. Yes the first time the technician did indeed wear a mask and gloves but the second tech that came by did not.

Not sure how exactly you would know that if you weren't here but fair enough. Also while I do realize that singing the tablet before the inspection has some verbiage about accepting work if the tech feels necessary just seems like for courtesy sake you would be told before hand. I was not, the tech cane down after the inspection and informed me he had done the hour of labor without asking permission.

Now yes I might have gone ahead with the work but it would have been nice to be consulted on that first. Also my deeper issue is that I keep hearing the noise from my ac and it's just a reminder of the service. So yeah maybe just an apology and move on instead of insinuating your customers have a deeper agenda would have been better. Thanks.

I was having some resistance from other air conditioning companies with the service person not wanting to walk on the ceramic tile to get to the air-conditioning unit. However when I called The Cooling Company, spoke with Ashley, she was friendly, courteous, attentive to my concerns/need, and advised that they were able to accommodate me and did it in such a timely manner, that I was totally impressed.

Within minutes of my phone call, Ashley sent me a text confirming who would be coming (name: JR), a picture of him and the expected time of arrival. JR showed up at the expected time, respectfully/responsively wearing his mask and practiced social distancing during the expert service he provided. I highly recommend The Cooling Company. THANK YOU!

I am the manger of a couple of homes in Las Vegas. One of my renter's was having a problem with heat in areas of the house. I went to Yelp for "the best" HVAC place. I used The Cooling Company. What a great experience that was. I phoned The Cooling Company about 4:30 in the afternoon and a tech was at the house within an hour. SERVICE is what it is all about!

The problem was found, the tech Tyler phoned me and explained the problem and it would be fixed the following day since parts needed to be ordered and the price was quoted. Reasonable. I will definitely be using The Cooling Company again. Thanks for your great Service

It's scary to lose your heat when the temperature drops. Jeffrey, from The Cooling Company, showed up on time even a bit early. The company sent a text introducing him and he called stating when he could get there. He was professional and thorough, explaining what the issue was and quickly resolving it. The fee was reasonable and it was only a few hours from when I called to when my problem was resolved. I highly recommend The Cooling Company and intend to use them if and when I need service.

Had 3 Nest E thermostats installed. Technician Michael was on time, very polite and professional, answered all my questions and went over and above to ensure they were mounted into the beams. He mentioned the company service plans when I asked about my AC units, but didn't try to BS or hard sell me. A total pro and a great guy. Will use this company again and ask for him specifically. Kim was also great on the phone re scheduling and follow up. Prices were less than others who bid on the job as well. Well done.

I had the cooling company come to my home over the weekend, my ac unit went down at 1pm they showed up at 2pm my unit was working by 430pm. They were fast and provided great customer service. I Highly recommend hiring the cooling company! Thanks guys your awesome!

Buyer beware! We bought a house that has two ground units and they didn't seem to cool the house down. I called TCC and they sent a technician out immediately. We just had a mild heart attack because an amazing guy named Jay was able to diagnose the problem. New units required! Old R22 that leaks through most of the tubing. Needless to say, I'm hoping to get the cost covered and also use Jay and TCC to complete all installs. Thanks again for the bad news.lol see you after the battle.

It's that time of year. the blistering hot days are approaching quickly and my poor A/C was struggling to do any more than turn on. Using the trusty and painless Yelp app, I sought 5 or 6 quotes, most of whom responded promptly, but none were as thorough and polite as Selma with The Cooling Company. She called me directly and clearly explained the various services they offer, including different membership packages. Based on my honest and informative communication with Selma, I felt confident choosing their company for a tune up and diagnostic service for my equipment.

That confidence was well placed as their technician, Joe, was equally friendly, thorough and competent. The work was performed quickly and the difference in A/C performance is night and day. He also recommended preventative services and provided quotes for future reference. I was beyond impressed with the professionalism and service of The Cooling Company; you can tell they value their customers above all else and work around the clock (literally) to ensure their clients are always satisfied.

While we have been satisfied customers of The Cooling Company for several years, this was the first time we had met Landon. He was very thorough in addressing all of our concerns and was obviously very knowledgable. We have maintenance contracts for our 4 units in our home and also one for our condo unit. We will certainly continue to renew them each year.

I called around 8:15pm because my new thermostat wasn't working after installation. Kellan arrived around 9:00pm and knew what the issue was right away! He changed a fuse and explained what probably happened during the installation process. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. It's nice knowing that an A/C company is available 24 hours a day, especially living in a desert. A few days after the service call, I received a follow up call to see how everything went. I think the level of service from this company sets them apart.

Not only did Jeremy wait around until I got off work, he stayed to test my system and explained everything he did. I was highly impressed with his customer service as well the service itself. Most importantly, my problem seems to be fixed. I waited a few weeks to review and have had no issues thus far. I recommend CC, and Jeremy especially. Thanks.

Absolutely fantastic! One of my AC-DC units went out, and they got there within 2 hours of my call. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price without trying to sell me any extras that I didn't need.

I called at 6pm on a Friday nite! Tiogo, was very personable and promised to send a tech between 9-10 pm and work on my unit in the NITE! 10 minutes later, my unit came on as I had caught the tail end of a brown out--(Time of Use plan).
