Texas Oasis

Had drain's installed, they did a great job and cleaned up well. A few days later I found a broken sprinkler, they came back and fixed it, even though we found out they did not break it, the gas company did.

We have hired a few contractors to do various updates to our house and backyard/ patio over the last 2 years and Texas Oasis was the top of the list. David and his crew installed French drains along both fence lines as my neighbors overwater and the side yards are a mess. They delivered what they promised and David is VERY knowledgeable about drainage.

We also used Texas Oasis to redo landscaping and beds in back yard and Eva and her crew were wonderful to work with. Her crew is very good and experienced and Eva is very particular in making sure every detail is right. We are now on her wait list to redo the landscaping in our front yard. I highly recommend Teas Oasis for drainage solutions and landscape architecture and installation.

We've used Texas Oasis for drain work and two landscaping projects. Their bid on the drain work was very reasonable, and our desert-scape project is phenomenal. I still have additional drain work that needs to be done and will be using them again. The workers are diligent and get the jobs done in a timely manner.

Don't expect a call back. We have used Texas Oasis once before this project so we thought it would be fine, but this project has been nothing but a pain since the start. We had someone out for a quote, emailed them that we'd like to discuss moving forward, we never heard back from that email. While out of town, on our ring camera, we saw the job was starting.

We called TX Oasis as soon as we saw them on the camera, but by the time someone got back to us it was obviously too late to stop the job. Since we were told during the initial quote that they would only fix the sprinkler the day they dug the trench, and we were now not home for the job (that we didn't know was happening), you can imagine we were pretty worried about it all working out without us there.

The 'solution' was that we opened the garage door remotely for them so they could test all of the zones before leaving. We were told the zones were in working order when they left. We came home, tested the zones ourselves and now one zone turns on when any zone in the yard turns on. We've been calling for months to get this fixed. We did talk to someone at one point & they sent someone out.

When that person arrived, we told them the issue & they said 'nothing we can do'. We paid almost $2,000 for this trench and will now be forced to pay for a sprinkler repair.

They did such a great job. They were respectful and responsive. They finished my project very quickly and had a very high standard. The site was clean and they took great care with my furniture and plants. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We have used both David (drainage issues) and Eva (landscape design). The company does an excellent job in a professional and friendly manner and their prices are reasonable.

After waiting a month for any sort of communication after visitting my home to discuss our desires, we were rejected because my neighborhood isn't worth their resources? I live in a good area full of cute normal middle class homes so im really confused and also annoyed that it took so long to tell us no. Why was this not discussed in our consultation? Thanks for realllllly delaying my project.

Long story short, I bought a house last June that I STILL DON'T LIVE IN due to a fraudulent seller and LOTS OF MOLD! The garage and kitchen were flooding because the ground/patio were ABOVE my slab! I had to get all that demolished and obviously install French Drains so my newly built walls did not flood again. That's where David came in.

I got 3-4 quotes, and they were the best priced. Not only that, David REALLY had the most insight to my land and issues than any of the other guys. I couldn't believe he was the smartest and cheapest! They installed 5 french drains around the back of my house and piped it out to the street. They got the correct permit from the city to mark all the lines underneath and they did NOT hit anything.

Also tied in several rain gutters to the system, too! Great service, awesome price, 100% recommend. I've dealt with DOZENS of contractors the last 8 months and believe me, good ones are UNICORNS!

Called this company for my employer.seeking a company to do weekly maintenance on a terrace in a high rise building. They came out on 7/26/16 - I was very impressed, the guy seemed incredibly knowledgeable.and I have yet to hear a peep from them. I have called several times, last time leaving a message with a live person and after him apologizing for it taking so long he assured someone would call me back. It's been a week. Time wasted for no results, incredibly unprofessional.

I spent a lot of money and didn't end up with what I wanted. It turned out to be what the landscape designer wanted. They also installed things that cost a lot of money but aren't very effective. They didn't do the basic preparation necessary before laying down the grass. I ended up finding another company to redo everything and who did exactly what I asked for. I love my yard now. It was an expensive lesson.
