Ross and his team of superheros completely remodeled our master bath and upstairs jack-and-jill bathroom. Both were seriously stuck in the 80s. Now we have modern, clean, beautiful bathrooms and we could not be happier with the quality of service, craftsmanship, and professionalism from the team at Terrano Plumbing. Terrano Plumbing is definitely the plumbers you want to call when you want to get the job done right, and don't want to worry about integrity. They are one of the rare companies in the industry that are honest, on time, and only employ the best people. The employees are true professionals, and they take pride in their work, especially Steve and his team. Allot of plumbing work is "behind the scenes, " which covered up by walls, etc and we've dealt with all kinds before. I had my kitchen totally renovated by Terrano Plumbing and Remodeling in January 2022. From the very beginning when it came to the demo of the old kitchen to the end of the renovation I was extremely pleased with Ross and his vendors. This was the first time I lived through a renovation, so I didn't know exactly what to expect. Every time Ross told me a vendor would be there they showed up and were never late and in South Florida that's amazing. Ross and his office staff, Debbie and Brie were wonderful about keeping me informed of when the vendors would be at the house.

The quality and service that Ross provides is second to none. Could I have gotten a kitchen renovation at a lesser cost, I'm sure, but it would not have been the same quality as what Ross and his team provided. In life you get what you paid for, and I just can't be happier with my new kitchen. It's just better than I ever imaged. I would highly recommend Ross and his team to anyone. You will not be disappointed with the service and quality of work.

He was the only plumber who would come the same day (two days before Christmas) that I called for an emergency situation (water softener malfunction that jammed up all water fixtures causing rust output and eventually no water at all) after reaching out to a dozen other plumbers. Ross was very helpful and understanding fixing a leak in our hot water line. Since this was the first in our life of having this problem Ross and his employees were very cordial and understanding. and even helped in putting things away after having to cut open our drywall to fix the leak and cleaned up the mess that was made. They even came back to do more painting because the colors on the wall were not exactly the same color but a pretty good match considering the original paint was 20 years old at no charge.
