Shop before you use these folks! Asked for a price quote to remove popcorn texture from the ceilings on a 3100 square foot, two level home, built in 1985, that we just purchased. Was given an estimate of $19K to $22K! Absolutely ridiculous! I'm 60 years old and partially disabled and just spent the weekend removing the popcorn from the ceilings myself.
The basement had four rooms and took me 8 hours to remove. That's two hours per room. Removed the popcorn from one room on the main level this morning. Took less than two hours. Have three rooms left. I've never removed popcorn texture from a ceiling before and this was straight forward. Warm water, plastic sheets, half-faced respirator, and a shop vac.
Absolutely offensive to think someone would charge around $20,000 for a two to three-day job! In response to the owner's recent comments. $19K to $22K thousand is moronic! You are not being honest. Your employee also quoted an additional $12K to $15K to paint the interior of my home for a total of $27K to $37K! Absolutely offensive and unprofessional.
I just reached out to Mr. Handyman and they provided a quote to remove the remaining popcorn texture in half the home for $1500 and an additional $1500 to apply orange peel texture to all ceilings! Needless to say, I will not be using your company for any services nor will I refer any business in your direction!

We have recently had all the wood trim of our stucco and wood trim home painted for the first time from someone other than the original painter who painted our home initially and every few years since.but he retired! TECC gave us a fair and comparable estimate to others we received, were timely and accommodating in scheduling the work, and the crew were fantastic!
Three men worked very diligently for three full days, laboring very precisely in all aspects of scraping, caulking where needed, protecting the stucco and painting, in some areas quite high, as well as clean-up! We were VERY impressed with the work done and the quality of service given. Thank you!

We have used TECC painting three times now. They are great! We had espresso (dark cabinets) and had them all painted white. The first time was 3 years ago, the most recent was a week ago. They last over time. Easy to clean. As far as the crew, it's easy to get appraisals, they show up when scheduled. Most of all they do speedy, great quality work. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

We had our deck painted and are very happy with the results. They were aware of weather and waited for good conditions before painting. Our deck was also well prepared - the paint crew sanded thoroughly before putting on the stain. This is by far the best our deck has looked after being stained. We highly recommend TECC and will use them again when the time comes.

They painted our 18' foyer and the second floor ceiling and did a phenomenal job! We did have a slight issue, but Armando responded promptly to the concerns we had. We appreciate the rapid response among his willingness to fix the issue and despite the small hiccup we would gladly have them back into our home again.

When your advertising on your work vehicles and your driving like an idiot on I-25 that alone keeps me from using your company. Word of mouth goes a long way. Very erratic driving and nearly causing several accidents. Not a good way to advertise. Too many painters to choose from. Have to select at least one star but deserve 0 stars.
