I received a call right before my appt, letting me know they were 20 mins out. They showed up right on time and got to work right away. Our carpets were cleaned today and look worse than they did before the man came. The man was an hour late. He cleaned 3 rooms and a hallway in a half hour. Then, proceeded to tell us he should have been done 15 minutes earlier, but put a little extra effort into a spot in our living room, which he explained your company usually charges extra for.
