An appointment was set 9 days ago for Mike to come out today at 2:00pm and design a layout for our front yard, sides and pool area which was to include new drip system, lighting, plants and rocks. I called at 12:30 to give him the gate code and was told "thank you for calling because Mike went home not feeling well". The next appointment couldn't be until 10/1 as he "is out of town all next week".
I am very happy for his apparent success in his business but am not willing to commit the significant amount of $$$ that the scope of work will entail to someone who appears to not have a strong work ethic. Work should not mix with what evidently is a hobby for him. Again I wish him all the success in the world - on someone else dime.

After a brief consultation, Mike delivered landscape plans that represented everything we were looking for. He and his team were very easygoing yet thorough and the project stayed within budget and was completed on time. We now have a beautiful backyard and would recommend Sustain Scape to anyone who is looking for quality design and installation.

I asked Mike at Sustain Scape and 2 other landscape design firms that are highly rated on Yelp for a design and cost estimate for execution. I am very particular about landscape design--it's my hobby--and what I wanted was a little different than a standard design. While the other two were also very professional, Mike was the only one who read the brief I had prepared, and created a design that answered the requirements of the brief. Mike brought plenty of ideas that I hadn't thought of in the four years I had been thinking about what I wanted.
He and his crew are outstanding--very professional and conscientious--and the work they did reflects that. Mike is very flexible. As things came up in the execution, they always informed me of the issue and brought a solution. They completed the project on time and on budget
