10/10! Highly recommend Superior Paint & Remodel! We obtained several estimates for a full remodel of our first floor (pantry, 1/2 bath, dining, kitchen cabinets, countertops, & new paint throughout) ultimately we decided to go with Superior for their professionalism, reasonable pricing, & great responsiveness. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail and quality of work.

Throughout the project Ernest provided money saving suggestions but always prefaced it with "ultimately it is your decision". Our home has completely been transformed and we could not be happier! Thank you to Ernest and his crews for an incredible job!

I cannot recommend Superior Painting enough! Communication was phenomenal and the quote/pricing were extremely reasonable for the job. From start to finish, every person a part of the crew was professional, polite, and experts. Felt very comfortable having the crew in our home and they were awesome around our 4 and 5 year olds. I am very impressed with all the guys at Superior Painting and Remodeling. They repainted the exterior of our house and replaced rotted trim in several places along with some damaged siding. Their work was of the highest quality and they finished two days ahead of time. Even though they were significantly delayed working on our house because of the rainy weather here in SA from April through June, Ernest kept in touch and made sure they could start as soon as the weather allowed and they had caught up on their previous jobs.

All of their workers were polite and respectful, not to mention skilled at what they do. They checked multiple times with me to make sure that I approved of the work or saw anything that needed to be changed. After the main work was done, there were only a few minor spots I pointed out and they addressed them right away. I would definitely use them again.

Our experience with Ernest and his team was exceptional from the very beginning. After meeting Ernest and comparing his quote to other local painters, I booked him immediately. He walked through the job with me during the estimate process and was on the job site to check-in each day. Painters were top notch.neat, professional, and friendly. Superior Painting did a great job. We had them paint the exterior of our home, hand a good amount of wood repair as well as refinish our front door. I did take a couple of estimates and Ernest was by far the most thorough and informative of all the estimates we had. Because of that and his good reviews we gave him the job. His estimate was fair for the amount of work.

Can't say enough about how good his crew was. They were very meticulous, prompt, clean while they were at our house and Ernest came by to check on them as well. He has a great crew! This is the second time we have used Superior and we were not disappointed. Ernest is extremely professional, as well as all his staff. Over the course of refurbishing a large 120+ year old house in King William we have used contractors extensively - all of whom have disappointed - except Superior. The team is polite, professional, extremely diligent and timely.

Their eye for detail is what sets them apart, along with their skill and craftmanship. Scope of work included full repaint of exterior, major wood rot repair, complete interior painting, deck refurb and concrete walkway stain. They even helped install bird spikes to rid the property of pigeon poop! Ernest is always extremely responsive, accommodating and willing to provide guidance on material selection, paint palettes etc. I highly recommend and will continue to use Superior for all our painting/remodeling needs in the future.

We recently hired Superior to repaint the exterior of our home. They did a fantastic job! Ernest was an amazing communicator and made sure to keep us up to date along the way and provided daily descriptions of what would be completed. Wow! Superior provided the best painting job we have ever received at a fair price. Their team was highly professional, extremely courteous, and on-time. We had tried a number of other painters with marginal results and escalating costs. Superior delivered an unbelievable job and no detail was missed. Ernest, the owner, met us in person and was an incredibly nice person.

We recently moved to the Spring Branch area. Our home needed a complete interior and exterior re-paint. We were able to narrow our selection of contractors to Superior. We asked them to please complete the job within a certain time frame because we needed to move in. Not only did they complete the interior and exterior before the deadline, we also contracted them for more work.

Ernest and Superior Painting did a great job. They power washed and caulked all areas as part of a thorough preparation for painting. The crew was professional and very careful and cleaned up all areas when they were finished. Ernest personally checked on each step of their work and kept me up to date.
