I had a great experience with these folks. When I called they came out next day exactly the time frame we had discussed. I gave David the options I wanted, he gave me a price which was fair and below what I had been quoted from 2 other providers. Note; both other providers stated an extremely high price first then said they could do it today only for a few hundred dollars less.

Since Superior started with a fair and accurate price from the start, a no haggle deal so to speak we scheduled on the spot. David came back on the day he said he would and within the time frame he said he would. He professionally completed the installation with cleanup. Was he driving a fancy truck, no. Was he carrying the latest and greatest promotional stuff, no. Did he treat me with courtesy, professionalism and respect, yes. Finished the job in 4 hours. Great price and impressive work.

We tried to us our old genie garage door but it will only make weird noise. We called superior and one of their techs came a few hours later, after checking the garage door opener for a little bit he explained us that the gear was broken and there is a way to fix it but it just not worth it because the garage door opener is more than 15 years old and it just time to replace to something newer, me and my partner agreed and he was able to install us a brand new garage door opener with the capability to open with an app on the phone, the opener was extremely quiet and worked great, I'm happy he encourage me to get a new garage door opener other than fixing an old noisy garage door opener. I forgot the tech name but he was friendly and extremely professional. Def will use them again.

Early morning and my door go off track, it came down on my car and was hanging on a wire I already thought I will have to get new system. I called Superior and the sent out Moses, he arrived within an hour and said he will be able to fix the door, he was super professional and was able to put the door back on track and it worked like new. I was surprised he was able to do it all by himself.

He was very professional and friendly and I was expecting for high bill but I was surprised how affordable it was, not to mention that he gave me the total price before doing the repair.

I had to replace my garage door opener and was looking around for prices. Call superior and they were able to send a tech out to give me a price, Joe arrived at the same day and gave me a few options, he was able to install a brand-new opener at the same visit. he explained anything i needed to know about the opener and how it operates and the price was great too. i will defiantly use them again.

Very professional and friendly service. Called in a stormy day and Zac showed up at the same day to repair my garage door. He had all the parts and tool required to replace a broken torsion spring on his truck. The price was extremely fair and he offers lifetime warranty on the springs.
