Our technician was great! He explained what he saw the problem was, what he could do to fix it, and how much it would cost. The prices were reasonable given the fact that we already had an active leak and needed someone ASAP, and he offered advice on other plumbing questions we had for future home projects. Very happy with the whole service from calling to schedule through completion and cleanup. Highly recommend!

We woke Sunday morning/Father's Day to realize that our air conditioner and fan were not running. Since our unit is a Day and Night, we called the number listed on the internet and were able to reach someone very quickly to explain our situation. They were very understanding, took all the necessary information and said they would call back shortly. Shantel called us back within 20 minutes and said they would be able to have a service technician available to come to our home between 10AM and noon.

The service tech would call when there were on the way to our home. Shantel was very personable, quick and understanding. We got a call from Ricky at about 9:40AM saying he would be at our home within 35 to 40 minutes. He arrived and was on our roof by 10:15AM. Ricky Rodriguez was very efficient, pleasant and helpful. He was able to diagnose the issues and provide the required solutions within 1.5 hours.

He was happy to have my husband watch his work and join him on the roof. We were amazed at the the great customer service and support provided by Shantel and Ricky. We never expected to get someone to our home so quickly and the problem fixed before noon. We felt very blessed to have had Shantel and Ricky provide our service. We decided to sign up for the VIP maintenance program with Day and Night due to the great service we received.

Cameron was polite, offered me options for faucet replacement, and addressed my concerns about the water pressure being too high coming into our home. He suggested we attach a pressure adjuster/monitor to our main water valve. showed me pressure readings before and after. I also appreciated how he provided costs with and without the pressure monitor and said it could be done today or at a later date. This was an unexpected cost, but agreed it needed to be done. Cameron repaired the original faucet and the monitor expertly with minimal effort! Well done

I scheduled an AC inspection because I hadn't since I purchased my AC 4 years ago. Vincent kept me informed on when he would be at my home. When he arrived he was very professional, courteous, kept his distance (it's still Covid time) and explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. When he was finished, he explained everything he saw and did with photographs. I highly recommend Day & Night and especially "Vincent", Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

I had a great experience with Day & Night from start to finish. I was referred to them by my insurance agent for regular AC maintenance prior to summer rolling around. They were so kind on the phone setting up the appointment and worked with my schedule. Zachary was my technician and he was so nice, informative and helpful. I even had additional questions after his visit and was only met with kindness when I called the main line, and a quick and helpful call back from Zachary himself. I've been working with Day & Night for a number of years and am generally very happy with their services. They are professional and trustworthy. Today, a technician named Tim came to my house and I thought he did a very thorough job of evaluating my HVAC system and providing me with recommendations to further protect my system. He was not putting the hard sell on anything, but gave me his honest assessment of the situation and, for that, I am thankful. Great work!

Watch your wallet! Employees are rude after work has begun. They made a mess of everything! Morehart is a far better, not to mention more respectful, and higher quality work.

Our technicians name was Troy. He did a great job and he explained every detail of what he was going to do and while he was doing it. We had our tankless water heater flushed and cleaned! He was super upfront and showed me the water before he used it in the bucket which was clear and while he was cleaning it 15 minutes later what it look like. It was dirty, we only had this unit for a year and we are a new build. So glad we did because we plan on maintaining all of our equipment, and we will always use Day and Night! Troy Greenwood was the most professional plumber I ever had. He was on time, courteous, explained everything ahead of time including the prices and even went the extra mile to make the experience a pleasant one. The company is great to work with as well. We had four faucets, safety valves and water supply lines installed today. Our tech (Kyler) was on point with every aspect of the job. Very personable and knowledgeable. The company has been very informative and communicative from the first call to the office. I want to send out a big thank you to Kyler for his professionalism and how he cleaned up after the job. I would definitely would use them again.

As always, Day and Night was super professional, informative and thorough in their execution. I just purchased a new (old) house and the unit had a lot of issues they fixed every single one of them. This is the second home I have serviced by Day and Night and I wouldn't think to call anyone else. Super responsive and attentive. Fairly priced too, but above all, exceptional customer service! I'm pretty much on a first name basis with our tech Ivan. 6 Stars!

We have a service contract so once a year Day and Night comes and flushes the water heater and does a general plumbing inspection. The plumber was very courteous and considerate and very thorough. He gave me the possible work to be done and estimates on replacing the water heater which is 10 years old and some other needed repairs. Recommend with an A+.

I was very pleased with the quality and professionalism of our plumber, Mark. (On the other hand, I was not pleased with the quality of my pipes. Yuck. Not even the roto rooter would clean them out. I guess when you live in a 70 year old house, you gotta expect some problems.) Mark explained everything thoroughly, was quick, professional, efficient, friendly and cleaned up after himself.

In addition, he offered me the opportunity to join the maintenance program. It was pretty much a no-brainer since it saved my 10% on my plumbing bill. All in all, an excellent experience.

Had issues with toilet and laundry room overflowing and they came out and diagnosed the problem. The toilet overflowed only if there was solid, but the laundry room needed to have new piping because existing pipes were too small, and buildup was present. So laundry line was jetted and correct piping was installed. Also main sewer line was jetted and all seems to be working well. Mark and Ignacio worked hard and were pleasant and professional. Mark was also very knowledgeable. We will call Day & Night for any other problems.

The service provided by technician Joe Kleinman today was exemplary. He was called to check for a carbon monoxide leak in our heating and air-conditioning system. Our smoke and carbon monoxide alarms were going off when we turned our heat on in the home. He thoroughly checked the system and confirmed that there was no carbon monoxide leak. He communicated with us so well and was very thorough in dealing with the situation.

Everyone in the office was so helpful in setting up the appointments. This includes Cassie, Steffi, Michelle, Drew and several others whose names I can't remember. Everyone is so polite and patient and helpful. I highly recommend The Day and Night Heating and air conditioning repair company and I look forward to using them in the future. I just realized that I forgot to write a review about the other technician who came to our house on the initial visit.

His name is Ivan. Ivan was just as outstanding as Joe Kleinman. Ivan did the initial assessment of the carbon monoxide problem and then bumped it up to Joe who had more sensitive equipment. So Ivan took care of the first step in the evaluation and then Joe took care of the second. Ivan was equally as professional, highly qualified, extremely thorough and a great communicator. Both technicians were a pleasure to deal with! 5 stars all around!

I just love the honesty of this company. I had and issue with my heat pump and they had the opportunity to make some money yet they opt to tell me what the problem could possibly be. They told me what to do and it worked, therefore I save some money.

I was a tenant for 3 years and my landlord prepaid my maintenance. I purchased the home and instead of doing the prepaid maintenance, they rescheduled an appointment I had until after my house closed. They had it scheduled today and last minute canceled. They did not refund the owner the prepaid maintenance nor did they honor the prepaid service for me.

Even though I have lived in the home for 3 years. That is what we call BAD PROFITS. I was going to sign up for a yearly maintenance program with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Byron was amazing, he answered all of my questions and was very professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the education he provided during the service call. Have used this company for several years and was initially satisfied. The last 2 years I have been pressured to buy a very expensive service plan. The most recent tech was here a couple hours & it sounded like he was trying to dismantle my system in the attic. The pictures he presented looked like he was pulling insulation away from the framework to try to persuade me to spend thousands to repair air leaks.

I really felt like I was paying for a sales call versus a semi-annual maintenance. A couple weeks later someone called to ask which of the very expensive service plans I had selected. I calmly told her I wasn't going with any of the proposed service plans and would be getting a second opinion before making a decision. At that point, The company representative hung up on me.

After a lot of research and few estimates I received a referral for Day & Night from Ronnie Brion. I contacted Day and Night and soon after Mike came to our home to provide an estimate. He was kind, professional, and informative. After meeting with Mike, I was convinced Day & Night was the right company for us. On the day of the installation the Day & Night crew arrived timely to install 2 outdoor units, 2 air handlers, 2 power sources and 2 thermostats.

I had to work on the day of the install so my father-in-law who is a retired lead HVAC tech stayed at the house for me. When I arrived home from work, my father-in-law told me he was extremely impressed with the installation team. He said everyone was in sync and organized. He also said team members were very polite and willing to answer questions on any phase of the installation.

A week later Ronnie returned to my home and tested the units for a final inspection. Ronnie was also very informative and professional. My wife and I are VERY HAPPY with Day & Night's entire performance. Thank you for the referral, Ronnie!

Day & Night AC installed AC & heating units for my sister's new home. Company was very professional and all employees we encountered had excellent customer service skills. Installation crew worked efficiently as a team, answered questions willingly and politely, were very careful, covered floors with tarps, and were simply outstanding in all aspects.

Company provided photo and text in advance about tech who would be calling to complete final inspection. Unbelievably good service. This was truly an impressive experience. They get our highest recommendation!

We have been loyal customers to this company for many many years. We even used them to replace our old AC unit at our previous house. I am sorry to say that I have had it with this company. I am DONE with them! We moved to a new home in Scottsdale and I assume that they saw big $$ based on our new location. We called them out to come clean, evaluate and maintain our new homes AC unit and they came in with guns blazing.

They charged close to $800 to install two thermostats and used scare tactics to talk us into buying the "gold maintenance plan". My husband made the mistake of telling them we had just moved into the house and they proceeded to tell us that our AC units were in very poor condition and needed several repairs. BTW our AC units at our new home are only 5years old!

Long story short, I have had Day and Night come out 2 times this year for ROUTINE visits. Each occasion they have provided 3 separate quotes of "necessary" repairs ranging from $2,000- $10,000! My AC units have never stopped working and have been working well since we moved in. I am sorry, if you tell me that the cost to maintain my system is almost the same cost as buying a whole new AC unit, that is a big red flag in my book.

In the last quote they provided they added a $600 fee to secure a crane for something located inside of my attic! A crane for what? We have a attic crawl space. I called out another company for a second opinion who charged me a total of $500 for all the "necessary" repairs that I needed. Day and Night is NOT trustworthy. I do NOT recommend them! They use scare tactics and try to upsell you on many unnecessary repairs. Never again!

It's time for our annual maintenance check for the A/C and plumbing at our house. We called Day and Night, who we've worked with since we bought our house about 5 years ago. Max and Phil showed up and got to work right away. They outlined what they'd be checking today and how long they expected each step would take. They checked with my husband whenever they a question or found something they wanted us to be aware.

They checked and replaced some very old outdoor faucets and checked that the water pressure was where it should be when we mentioned 'burping' sounds when the washer was turned on. They also checked the level of metals in our water when we were asking questions about filtering the water. Max and Phil were very professional and very funny and easy to work with.

We know that Day and Night tries very hard to send the same crew to your house each time, so it's nice to get to know them a bit and share a bit about where we came from. So - once again the Day and Night crew exceeded our expectations. And I'm very comfortable knowing that our A/C and plumbing are in good shape.

I hired Day & Night to instal new Heat Pump on my roof. The consultant, Jason Gondella, was exceptional. Answered all of my questions. I was able to afford the new heat pump on a 0% for 36 months contract. Thier price was in line or even less than the other companies I got estimates from. Also, I am a senior at high risk for Covid 19 and fully vaccinated and I really appreciate that Jason is also fully vaccinated. Relieved my mind. The unit was installed in about 4 hours today, the workers are excellent, organized and efficient. Great folks to do business with.

They are knowledgeable and even if something goes wrong they are reasonable and effective on finding solution

I was blown away by the amazing service provided by our Day & Night install crew. They were so professional, very skilled, efficient, and polite. I would give them more stars if I could. Andrew, the lead on our install was right on time and ready to go. He was so happy for it being 6:30 on a Saturday morning! He knew exactly what needed to be done and was so efficient; they got done much sooner than the 8-10 hours we were told it would take.

The terrific workmanship is so evident when we looked at it when they were completed. George was a true craftsman. My husband was impressed at how much precision and talent was used to install the copper pipes; he previously working in HVAC knows that many times the copper pipe is twisted and stretched to make the connections, but George's work was impeccable and precise. Joe was always hustling about helping Andrew, etc.

It was extra awesome that it seemed like all 3 of them were actually enjoying themselves; laughing, singing, etc. I could not say enough wonderful things about these guys, the company, etc. We used Day & Night because of their generosity to replace the A/C unit at the AZ Humane Society. But after working with Jeremy, who got our old unit fixed so that it would limp along until we got our new unit; Brian who sold us the new unit and then these guys in install.well. I have a whole different reason to adore this company! It was a complete pleasure working with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Incredibly friendly and reliable. Super easy to work with. My A/C is old and has needed some maintenance for a while. They definitely hooked me up without breaking the bank!

It seems like every time we call Day and Night Plumbing they always just want to sell us on a new water heater. Our current water heater is only a few years old and they wouldn't even try to repair it but immediately said it needed to be replaced and gave us very pricey quotes for new ones. They installed it a few years ago and didn't have any record of that either. I don't think the technicians are really taught how to repair anything, just replace things. I would choose another plumber if I were you.

Metro Realty Property Management has used Day and Night for our many properties. They show up on time, complete the job, and charge a fair price. What more can you ask from a plumbing company. Reliable, trustworthy, and professional.

Living in AZ it gets extremely hot especially when your AC is not working! We had our new unit installed last year but we had a part that wasn't working properly with no one to blame. We called Day & Night because they installed the unit. Informed them of our situation and that our home was getting very warm despite the unit going on and off. We. have a kiddo who has Epilepsy and you can't be in the heat without the risk of having a seizure.

They asked one of their technicians, Daniel Jones, to quickly come to our home. Today was his day off but he answered the call and boy are we extremely grateful! He informed us of our problem but also gave us a solution. He was able to replace a part, .

Our AC unit went out overnight. Middle of July in AZ. Called D&N first thing in the morning. My AC unit was repaired within 8 hours the same day. Excellent courteous service. Highly recommended

Day and night did a wonderful job fixing the air conditioner when it went out on the rental house. They also kept me informed when one motor part would arrive. Eddie was very nice and respectful. Best experience I've ever had with an AC company. My technician, Vincent, was awesome. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, he also wore shoe protectors when he was inside. He broke down each issue with great detail and took photos and videos of everything which I absolutely appreciated. In summary I would definitely recommend this company and if you had the opportunity I'd highly recommend working with Vincent as your technician.

I am updating this only to state that after having someone come out to see why my thermostat wasn't getting any power, it was due to the breaker box not having a label for the furnace. So the breaker I shut off wasn't sufficient to prevent a short. There was indeed a fuse short but not as a result of anything Vincent did during the visit.

When I wrote my review I was and still am very upset about what occurred. But it would be unfair for me not to follow up after the concerns I raised at the end. I stand by everything else I stated. Day and Night has reached out with their apologies, refund and offers to follow up, but I am not willing to risk dealing with them again.

We are new homeowners, & one of our Thermostats was indicating our system needed servicing - with 3 codes showing up under that message. I called in to Day& Night & gave them the codes, told them the system seemed to be working fine, & they said they needed to send out a technician to service it. The tech came out & quickly said it was just a battery needed in our bedroom sensor. $59. Was not pleased that they couldn't have figured that out from the codes. The tech said there was a little picture of a battery that indicated that. Not too happy with our first introduction to Day & Night.

We contacted day and night after realizing our a/c wasn't keeping the house cool and in AZ you can't have that! Mike came out to give us an estimate and I must say I was super impressed! He was personable, took time to review the estimates we got from other companies, sat with me and went over everything. Our dogs absolutely loved him and he was so sweet to them!

He left me feeling like we were going to be well taken care of. When it came time for the install (sadly we needed a whole new unit) the guys arrived bright and early and got right to work! Again, our dogs wanted to be a part of the action, to the point where one of them got loose was headed down the street. The guys gently guided her back home and into the house. I greatly appreciated it! They were all nice, helpful and worked so quickly! Juan and Eric were amazing!

We used them to replace our A/C and it spent over $10,000 but they do NOT stand behind their service or the products they use! Absolute nightmare. They sure love to aggressively push their PLATINUM or Silver or whatever color BS package. Stay away from them. All they care about is ripping you off with service fees and expensive "fixes" on products they force you to use. We had another company come out and quoted us $800 cheaper FOR THR EXACT SAME PART Disgrace.

A friend recommended them to me, and my experiences with them have been extremely positive. They come when they say they will, they charge a fair price, and they guarantee their work. If all establishments conducted business the way Sunrise Mechanical does, the world would be a better place. There is never a hassle as you are very accommodating and Jennie is so pleasant on the phone. Jeremy never complains about climbing up on that hot roof, and he is so trustworthy, I would allow him to enter my home if I weren't there. Your service is expedient.

I found Sunrise Mechanical to be very professional and easy to work with. Bill and his staff installed a complete heating/cooling system. They removed the old air handler and furnace from the attic and installed a new one in the garage. They arrived at 9:00am and were gone by 6:00pm. We recommended Sunrise to our daughter and son-in-law.

We purchased an A/C unit for our house in 2002 from Sunrise Mechanical. In the Spring we have them check the unit out in order to make sure it gives us nice cold air throughout the summer. Recently we had them clean our air ducts.

These guys, Sunrise Mechanical are Awesome! My parents had another company come and charge a lot of money to fix their air conditioner only for it to stop working a week later. Sunrise Mechanical came all the way out and fixed everything, did not charge a lot and treated my parents with great respect and kindness!
