I made a huge mistake and ended up closing my garage door on my car on a Friday afternoon. BJ and his crew came out at 830am the next morning- a Saturday and got everything fixed. They even showed up a but early! Very nice people and did a great job.

Last week I backed into my garage door while out of routine and in a hurry. I bumped my garage door wheels out of the track and caused some decent dent damage. I called the number on my garage door and got a lady who didn't know what she was doing (not the service tech), gave me outrageous quotes, and even then didn't have any openings for that day.

Which was a problem since I couldn't close my garage door. Called a few more places and had the same issue. I got ahold of BJ at Sunrise and he made me feel like a priority. He came to my house an hour later and was able to make my door look brand new. He didn't try to up charge me and was honest and got the job done fast! You can't even tell it was backed into!

These folks were great! Showed up as expected. Fixed the garage door and discovered and fixed a variety of related issues on a 30 year old door. Guaranteed work for 10 years. My garage door hasn't worked this quiet in the 12 years I've owned this house. Highly recommend BJ and his team.

No one knows garage doors like BJ. Tension springs specifically in my case. I had one of my tension springs bust and found out I had the wrong springs entirely. BJ helped me out and I can tell he's been in the business a while. A very courteous crew helped with the repair and in a very timely manor. Within a day of calling my garage was working as it was supposed to again. Highly recommend Sunrise Garage Door. Especially if you want the job done right.

BJ and his team went above and beyond replacing one of our doors, installing a motor, and doing general maintenance on our second door. We originally only had planned to fix the door that would not open. But they were thorough and found that our other door would soon be off the track because the rollers were bad. Excellent work and customer service.

I had a great experience. I had a motor go out and also wanted my old door replaced at the same time. The Sunrise crew were out at my house the same day to replace the motor and completely replaced the door only a couple days later. The quality of the work done is far better than what was in my house before.

BJ and crew came out to fix my broken springs. He was fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. Bj fixed the springs for a great price, for lower than I had feared and in addition, inspected the entire door making numerous repairs and small bolt replacements for no additional charge. He even checked and reset the safety tension on the door so that it would not crush anything (the installers had it set way too high). Excellent quality work. I can't recommend him and his crew highly enough.

What awesome service. First they came out on a Sunday to give a estimate on fixing a broken spring. Then they were there to fix the spring the next day and also made the door run smoother than ever. I also appreciate their willingness to workout payment. Will do business with Sunrise Garage Doors and recomend to family/friends in a heartbeat!

I have to say that I am very happy with the work that was done on our garage door. The motor was rebuild, multiple adjustments, and charge for the services was outstanding. They didn't charge extra for the adjustments! I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done or a replacement garage door. Thank you B.J. for doing such an excellent job! BJ did an excellent job. He responded promptly to our on-line inquiry and came to our home the next day. He was extremely knowledgable and very professional and effecient. After having recently having several bad customer service experiences despite great reviews, I took a chance and called BJ after reading great reviews here. I'm sure glad I did. He was prompt about everything from answering his phone to showing up when he said he would.

I hope if you're reading this review, your garage door is closed and you're not opening and closing it. TO DO SO CAN CAUSE WORSE PROBLEMS AND COST MORE $$$ FOR REPAIR! This is the first thing I learned from BJ. Wish I had known this gem of advice prior to his coming. BJ and Tom clearly know their business.

It's been a couple of months now since Sunrise fixed my garage door and it has been working perfectly. They viewed the project, gave me options and completed the job within two days. I was very pleased with their service and the value I received.

They came after hours, around 7 pm. He quoted me a price and even though they ended up fixing more than he quoted the price didn't change. I would definitely refer him to anyone in need of a garage door repair!

Fast, Honest, Reliable service. BJ and Tommy really saved the day when our teenager took out the garage door late one evening trapping the car in the garage. Even though they had several unexpected emergency calls they made the extra effort to keep their promise and within a day the panels were replaced and the door up and running better then before.

The promptness and appointment follow through gained my loyalty, however the transparency and honest assessment of the situation earned my trust. I appreciate the Sunrise Crew and their professionalism.

Came to the house told me it was the springs instantly, said it would cost $365 for parts and labor. 2 hours later came back and said power head is not working requested another $125 for labor and $135 for parts horrible examining of actual problem wrong strongly recommend looking for better more qualified garage repair company.
