The sales guy was patient and went out of his way to answer all of our questions and let us take our time. The installation guy was friendly, quick, explained how to clean & maintain and did a great job. The issue was the length of time it took for delivery, quoted 6-8 weeks and it was double that time without any communication to keep us updated. The end product looks great and we love it!

After doing an addition to our home, we called multiple companies to give us bids on our window treatments. We had multiple no shows/ no call backs. Our experience with Sunburst was excellent from start to finish. Bill came out to us and provided excellent recommendations and advice without being pushy. He was realistic about delivery and installation times given the impact of COVID and other factors, but the shutters arrived at the early end of that estimate. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.

The job required extra work so it wasn't finished in one day, but was completed the next day and done so to perfection! We are very happy with how these turned out and would absolutely recommend Sunburst to anyone looking for beautiful plantation shutters!

We had Sunburst install a sidelight shutter on our front door. We're very happy with the product and Justin, our installer, was very helpful and courteous. We had a divider rail put on the shutter so that we could close the bottom separately from the top. This way our dog can't see outside and bark at people walking by but we can still open the top for light. Very pleased, thank you!
