I booked my appt online for my grand daughters apartment. The online form asked if I had pets and I marked yes. It gave me a price of 80.00. They showed up in their van that says 60.00 cleaning on the side of it and wanted to up charge 35.00 for pets. I think when I checked off pets I should have been told with box checked there was an up charge not wait until you are in the apartment.

A classic case of cheap advertising but changing price upon arrival. I called and was given the run around, my grand daughter text and was told they would come back tomorrow for an additional 115.00. So beware of cheap advertising.

Robbed us. Destroyed our back sliding glass door track by slamming their equipment into it and left our grout dirtier than what it started as. Any attempts to contact them over our issues was ignored. Eventually went to the BBB for help getting our money back or some type of redo job, and BBB attempts at contact was ignored as well. These people are criminals and destructive and have no business cleaning anyone's floors.
