Way overpriced. I dont recommend. I got locked out of my apartment around 2pm on a Sunday. Just the handle of the door, no deadbolt. Very standard lockout. I didn't need a re key or anything crazy. These people charged me $200 just to pop my door open. It took almost no labor or work. My neighbor got locked out and only paid $120 for a different locksmith. Go with someone else.

Locked my keys in my car, called dude at 7:15am and he showed up at 7:46am. Got my car open in literally two minutes after a frustrating night of me trying to use a coat hanger and some oven mitts and a spatula. Let me pay him with Venmo and moved on with our day. Charged $130 but honestly I would have paid probably anything to get the freakin door open at that point. Awesome service.

Great service. Dan was responsive and available. He picked my lock within seconds. However, he charged me $95 even though he told me $75 over the phone. As a reply to Dan's response: As in my initial review, I acknowledged your strengths: responsiveness, availability, and speed. Not trying to take away those. I commend you for them. You just need to work on price transparency. That is important.

I never write reviews but had to because of their horrible customer service. The locksmith that come was very rude and service was bad! I called and they said they would be 55 minutes. After waiting an hour I called to see what the delay was.
