Robert is our hero! I cannot recommend him enough. I have never before written a yelp review but I had to given the circumstances and the help we received. We woke up on New Year's Day to a flooded dining room and water dripping from our ceiling. Robert was at our house within an hour. He was a great problem solver and worked with us to figure out and resolve the issue.

I used Star Cities Plumbing & Heating a pipe started leaking in my apartment. This had never happened to me before, so I was a little unsure about what to do. Thankfully the technician who came to my house was efficient and provided me with great service. The problem was fixed and I didn't have to stress.

I was dubious about the other great reviews for Star Cities, but Robert IS an excellent plumber who did a fine job replacing my bathroom faucets-and did a couple of additional small repairs while at it-for the same quoted price. He called to confirm, arrived on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. I shall certainly recommend him to my friends.
