Spokane Roofing

I received a proposal for our roof from Jimmy earlier this week. Two proposals came back, one for 107k (GAF grand canyon tile 3ply) the other for 108k (rolled steel). I expressed interest in GAF grand sequoia (2ply) when Jimmy visited our home, not the highest end, grand canyon. During our follow up conversation, Jimmy stated that they've not installed the architectural (grand canyon or sequoia) in a couple of years.

His lack of confidence was evident, as he referred me back to GAF HDZ and indicated that they mostly install this type and that it's easier to work with. I reaffirmed my distaste in this standard-looking shingle for our type of home. He then went on to say that he would be more comfortable offering a warranty on the metal roof. Every other bid that we received, GAF high-end (grand sequoia) was far less.

I let him know that we would not be moving forward with this company, as their proposal came in 50k more than another Master elite certified GAF installer. The point of this review is that I was completely surprised to hear him say, essentially, that they were not totally confident in installing a product that they hold a certification that only 5% of contractors possess in this country.

I believe they purposely quoted the asphalt GAF so much higher, so that I would not accept their bid, or in an effort to corner me into selecting a far more inferior product.

Extremely happy with the work performed on my roof, we were surprised to find out that there was 5 layers on the house. Roof looks amazing!

It is easy to be satisfied when everything goes as planned, but it means so much more when you are satisfied despite problems. That's where I find myself with Spokane Roofing Company. I hired them to not only fix wind damage to one side of my roof, but to ensure that it stopped happening. They inspected then gave me a quote a time they could show up.

I agreed and they showed up, did in less time that they said they would, and were pleasant and professional the entire time. Then it got windy. REALLY windy. Within three days of the newly finished roof I had shingles flapping and the video to back it up. I left a message since it was after hours. They returned my call the next morning and had someone out shortly thereafter.

They inspected and didn't argue that it was a problem and that they would fix it. It wasn't their fault that the sealant hadn't yet had the warmth to fully adhere for stability, but they were going to make it right anyway. And they did. They sent two guys out who spent the day adding extra sealant all along that side of the roof. No more flapping in the wind. Spokane Roofing will be my first call for roofing needs.

Senior woman I know, Spokane Roofing charged her $500 and they were on her roof for 10min. Just installed silicone and left. Talk about taking advantage of people

Spokane Roofing applied a 60 Mil TPO GAF product on our three car garage in December of 2019. Large sized and number of wrinkles appeared gradually in the next month or so. Jeff Sitton, owner, stated wrinkles are "normal" in winter installations and they will do nothing about it. We were sent a note of apology for any inconvenience and a certificate for dinner out after we began to be concerned and complain.

When further pressed, Jeff Sitton contacted GAF. We got a letter from the manufacturer saying "wrinkles are normal" but we received no response to our questions concerning this specific roof i.e. had they seen pictures of it? Jeff came out to inspect the roof on February 3rd of this year. He stated the wrinkles were normal and this was in fact a beautiful job in his opinion.

He offered us $500 dollars. He later stated Spokane Roofing would, however, redo the roof and he would email me confirmation of our conversation. We would like our money back but agreed to a new roof with the understanding it had to be of better quality than this installation. No email from Jeff as of February 12th even with a reminder email from me on the 8th of February.

I wrote the GAF manufacturer again this evening with the attached pictures. Frustrating. I started the process of concern and compliant over a year ago now. Long delays, promises to address the issue, and non-responsiveness. Don't hire this company.

Spokane Roofing was not my lowest bid but I chose them because of the confidence I felt with the estimator that was sent out. My house is 100+ years old, steep pitch with four add-ons, and four previous layers on the front and five on the back. Tyler and his crew were professional, courteous and efficient. We are very pleased with our new roof and highly recommend Spokane Roofing.

The guys that came and did my roof went over the top to insure we were happy! Not only does our roof look amazing but we didn't have to worry about any nails or any mess left. The surrounded our whole house with tarps even went as far as to flip garbage cans upside down over our new flowers. They ran a giant magnet over everything before they left each day to make sure nothing was left on the ground. Just a amazing job over all!

Spokane Roofing did a great job for us. They were quick and professional. Everything looks great and clean. My house is happy too since it grew about a half inch since they tore off the old three roofs and put a nice new ONE on.

They took off three layers of roofing. and put one one layer fresh and new! so much better! they replaced the vent covers to all match, painted any area of metal around the fireplace that needed it, and even. brought our garbage cans off the street back. above and beyond, truly. now I know my roof is safe, fresh, and pretty. thank you!

After interviewing several roofing companies I hired Spokane Roofing Co. to re-roof my house and am glad I did. The first thing I liked is that they use their own in house crew and did not sub-contract the job out. Nicole was in contact throughout the entire job, and whenever I had a question she was only a phone call away. Their crew was fantastic!

They were friendly and polite, very careful to cover up my plants around the house before they started, they were here early every morning and worked very hard even through horrible heat. When the job was done they cleaned up the yard of all the debris. You'd never know they were there. Most of all though, the roof looks great. I'm very happy with my experience.

We had a major roofing repair done by Spokane Roofing, and we couldn't be more impressed. Too bad there is nothing lower than one star. My new roof installed by Spokane Roofing roof leaks so bad the drywall had to be replaced, along with the carpets and all interior paint. The owner/operators are extremely rude wimpy little geeks. They do not stand behind their products or services and will screw you big-time if you are unlucky enough to hire them. Do not expect them to honor any written or verbal commitments.

We got our entire roof replaced on our 3 story house. Difficult pitch and very high up, but Spokane Roofing did an amazing job. David (I think is his name) is the foreman for residential roofing for the company and he seemed to care alot more about quality work vs speed and quantity. Very happy with Spokane Roofing overall, roof looks great.

Sounds like he is only interested in doing new roof not repairs. once i said repairs he was not interested.

Spokane Roofing Company just finished a complete re-roofing of our business. Our roof was difficult as it is relatively flat with lots of extra vintage signage sitting on the roof as well as an air conditioner and other things.
