Chelsea is the best in the business! I love when other pest control companies try to get us to switch, because immediately after I share the price and service I receive with Sovereign, they say 'oh, we can't beat that'. We have used the company going on two years, and could not be happier. Chelsea is always on time, professional, and treats us as if we are family (always asking about our kids and work.) If you are looking for pest control in San Antonio, don't waste your time searching, pick Soverign and ask for Chelsea.

An awesome company. Chelsea and Garrett are always on time and really do a thorough job. They really go out of their way to please the customer. We've been with them for 3 years now and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

I purchased a pest control contract and I also purchased extra yard mosquito treatments as well - total approximately $500 in services. Company is easy to schedule appointments, they showed up on time, but every single time they sprayed it was in a hurried fashion and they seem to have made the ants mad instead of remedying the problem. They were great about coming back out and respraying on multiple occasions but scheduling another treatment was inconvenient. (I signed a year contract so obviously I had several visits).
Trying to schedule both treatments, pest and mosquito, at the same time was a nightmare because most techs did not want to do both, super inconvenient.

We had ONE service call where tech was scheduled to do both and actually did his job that was scheduled - and he did a great job. The last treatment before contract was up was suppose to be both treatments, technician did not do mosquito treatment - told my mother-in-law another technician would have to come do it. I didn't know he didn't do it because I was at work. Mother-in-law mentions to me later on about getting the yard sprayed and I said they just did that and that's when she tells me he didn't do it.

Now contract is now expired and company does not want to honor last mosquito treatment unless I renew my contract. I really was not happy with the re-treatments, and the technicians attitude of "let someone else do the other treatment." I am now going on week two and I have spoke to the company three times and I cannot seem to get a supervisor to call me back. The notes on my "account" is just renew my contract and they will honor the mosquito treatment. My experience AS A WHOLE has not been great. I am not renewing my contract.

I've had the pleasure of having Chelsea and Garret for service on different occasions. They have always been on time, professional and super patient, taking time to let our German Shepherd get comfortable with them in the house. They are very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this company.

Chelsea is the BEST! She's very personable and listened to my concerns. She takes her time and follows up after each visit to make sure there are no issues. I have not had any recurring issues since becoming a customer nearly 2 years ago.

I purchased a Mosquito big deal for this service and it was just fine. I appreciated being able to have the service and there were no problems. Their treatment was just what was needed. Their treatment was to augment what we already have. We have a system in place but their treatment was to add additional benefits. It is an annual event that needs to be done.

Marion is always on time, very professional, informative, courteous and always has a smile on his face. Its like having a family member over when he arrives.

Junior came to our house today and did such a wonderful job! He listened to everything that I had to say and then explained how he would take care of our bug problems. I used Sovereign Pest Control for spraying. They come out when I want them to. They also guaranteed their work and also they checked to make sure that I don't have termites. If there is an infestation of termites, they agreed to cover that under the same plan. They were on time and very professional. They didn't say I have to stay under the contract.
