Pay attention to all the other reviews! I emailed Matthew to schedule service and he called me back within the hour, and was in my garage within an hour after that. He was professional yet personable, and completed the service call at a very fair price. Our garage door went from sounding like a train wreck to a quiet whisper! I would recommend this company to anyone needing repairs on their garage doors. I had a garage door that was stuck partially open and so needed to be fixed pretty quickly. I called Southern Garage Doors and left a message. I received a callback within an hour and Matthew was able to fit me in the same day. He fixed the urgent problem and checked out the whole system, finding another issue that could have become another urgent problem. He told me the price before beginning and kept me updated on the work he was doing as he went along.

My garage door wouldn't open. Turns out one of the springs had broken. I called and was able to get an appt that same morning. Ron came out and gave me a very reasonable price. I opted to get both springs replaced as the other was very old already. Ron was very professional and quick. He was not pushy to get anything done I didn't need which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this company.

Matt was so helpful in helping us with our noisy garage door. We thought it was the opener but he found so many issues with the door itself, and he fixed all of them! Excellent! A really good guy. Positive, honest. Super polite. He explained every improvement along the way. VERY fair prices. This was the best customer service experience I have had in years. My only small, minor request would be that they would communicate by text instead of email. But he also did not look at his phone once the whole time he was working (except to work up a quote). So, I appreciate the full attention he gave my garage door. He also answered by deep sea fishing questions. LOL :)

These guys did a great job as they replaced both springs and sized them correctly so my garage door is balanced now. Also, they replaced the door opener and they came back a second time at no charge to replace a bad circuit board.
