Critical: Professionalism The owner is unnecessarily rude and condescending. Learn how to talk to potential customers. I wouldn't know how well they do because I would never hire someone so unprofessional. We need all new plumbing too.

I called Solid Plumbing because I had a leak that I could not find. They scheduled David Braden to come out this morning and figure out what was going on. He arrived on time and was extremely confident that he could help. And that was very reassuring to me. While he was working, he was explaining everything he was doing. And as a homeowner, I love learning from others experience.

I have to say that having David here this morning was like staying at a Holiday Inn Express. Sure, I did not get a complimentary continental breakfast, but the knowledge I gained was invaluable! He took all of the fear out of calling a plumber. David was very friendly, knowledgeable and definitely earned my business. So, me being a guy thought I could snake my own sewer drain, got the snake stuck, and these guys where on it. super nice went above and beyound for my family, caring and passionate pepole. My washing machine was leaking onto my kitchen floor underneath the cabinets, I called pippin brothers and they came to my house, did not look at anything, did not assess the situation at all and told me it was a broken pipe under my house and left me with 2 quotes.one quote was for $19,000 to rip up my kitchen floors and fix the pipe and another quote for $5,000 to move my washing machine to an exterior wall and re-route my plumbing.

I did not feel comfortable with these quotes being that they didn't even look at anything so I called SOLID PLUMBING for a second opinion. they came out, looked at everything, assessed the situation and decided to run cables down the pipe on my roof and fixed my issue for just $200! Turns out it was not a broken pipe and it was just clogged up! Thank you to solid plumbing for actually being honest and working hard until you found the real issue! I'm so glad I got a second opinion and didn't waste thousands of dollars! Solid plumbing will be my go-to for any plumbing issues!

Pretty unhappy with their service. Called to install a garbage disposal, they came out, didn't do the job, and still charged my wife $130. I will not ever recommend.

My rating is not based on the service, since no service was received. I called Thursday late afternoon for an appointment. Was scheduled for an appointment Friday at 3:30 PM. Friday at 4 PM I called to make sure they were still coming. I was told that they were running a little behind but they were coming. I had to call back at 5:30 and spoke to the answering service.

Never heard from anyone. Called the answering service again at 6:30 PM. It's now 8 PM Friday and I have yet to hear from anyone. I would understand them not being able to make it; but not even a courtesy phone call? Very frustrating, especially with this being the first time I was going to use this business.

Our plumber retired and I needed a repair. I called Solid Plumbing and they were able to come out the next day. They replaced washer faucet and ice maker shut off. Quick, professional, and reasonably priced.

We used them because our other plumbing people just kept messing up. I was thrilled. Beware! Quoted me prices when set up appointment and then showed up and charged me twice the price. On top of that they didn't have correct parts and i had to drive to town to pick up myself. I will never use again, nor will i ever recommend to family or friends. These people are dishonest and should be ashamed. The only reason i called them was because i recently had spine surgery.

This was a simple job and they charged me 347 dollars to replace an outside faucet when i was expecting more in 160 range because of what i was told. Once replaced i ran them off because i wasn't going to pay them another 125 dollars to clean up on top of the outrageous bill they were charging me. It took them thirty minutes to actually swap faucet and and another thirty to prep, but they charged me for time while i was getting the part they should have brought with. When got back they hadn't even gotten ready instead they were setting in there van tinkering on their phones.

My husband and I are first time home owners and our hot water heater went out. We called Solid Plumbing for assistance and they were awesome. Even though it was just a pilot light issue, he talked us through it over the phone with patience.
