Snake River Pool & Spa

I've been so please to have a Hot Spring Hot Tub. Moving into the Mountains of Boise I wanted a spa that could handle the winters. I wasn't happy with my Arctic spa in Utah. It's been 3 years and worry free. Thanks Danielle for excellent information to learn the difference in spa. HOT SPRINGS spa are the best.

Beyond impressed with Snake River Pool and Spa. We had a difficult location for install, and they handled it without issue. I would not hesitate to work with them again. Super friendly staff, never felt like I was getting upsold, great experience all the way.

I had spa from Snake River Pool & Spa for year and half I am very disappointed about their customer service and maintenance service. Each time I use their maintenance service to empty to tub and clean, I got over charged without invoice so I had to fight for the refund. The panel was having problem since day 1 and still waiting for the replacement.

The water is smell chemical and foggy each time the service team come and refill the water and clean. None of our neighbor has same issue as we do. I seriously regret for purchasing this brand.

Went to three other locations. Then I met Cody. He was professional yet personable; and he was so dog gone honest! He won my business. That and I liked the product. We've also received great customer care since having the tub.

Amazing customer service. I was so comfortable right away talking to my salesperson, Cody who took my initial call. Oh, my new salt water spa is so relaxing and the best investment I have made since I have purchased my home. I feel like the store team is family to me now. Great people and I would buy another one if I had another home!

I had a great experience with Snake River! Manager Danielle was a pleasure to work with! She was patient, efficient, professional, and made sure we were well taken care of. We love our hot tub! The customer service was beyond stellar from beginning to end. I highly recommend Snake River not only for their great selection in hot tubs but for the friendly and helpful employees! Salespeople, installers, managers, and showroom staff.they were all great to work with!

LOVE my Hot Springs Hot Tub. This is my 1st Hot Springs; I have had 2 other brands. Hot Springs is superior to my other tubs. There is a reason they are top-of-the-line. The drain on the Hot Springs is on the bottom. I drained, cleaned and filled in 2 hrs. WHOOT WHOOT! The heating system heats up faster and doesn't fluctuate while we are in it. Snake River Pool and Spa is awesome on every level. They have great customer service; they are knowledgeable and have a friendly atmosphere. Thank you, Snake River!

We bought our hot tub in October 2021. I was very happy with the process and the delivery and continue to be happy with the tub. The ongoing customer service has been terrific. They've followed up to help me with my questions and issues. Thanks Cody!

We shopped for a spa visiting 3 spa business, one was empty of displays and not very helpful, one had a few spas to show and was very disorganized and not very helpful, Snake River Spa in Meridian had spas on display and sales/service rep Travis Johnson was there to introduce himself and all they had to offer. He was very knowledgeable and straight forward, with his help we decided which model would fit our needs.

Since the spa has been installed we have contacted Travis with questions and he has always been available and very helpful and again very knowledgeable. Hot Springs Spas are very well built, and easy to operate, and very pleasurable. I should add the Meridian and Boise stores have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you

We own a Hot Springs hot tub purchased from Snake River over 11 years ago, and I can't speak highly enough of their customer service. They have worked diligently with us to fix some cell issues in our water care system, and have provided a level of customer service rarely seen in today's world. We especially appreciate Johnny Broderick for all of the help and assistance he has given us through the years. He is top notch, and we highly recommend Johnny and Snake River Pool & Spa!

We were in the market for a spa. I went to their site and filled out a brief questionnaire that didn't ask for my phone number, that's right no phone number request so they can pressure sell you. Instead I received the nicest emails from Mike introducing himself and another questioning what we were looking for in terms of features. I decided to call him to get a dialog going and he sent me an email with several links to models that would be the best fit.

We went in to see him yesterday and he spent a lot of time describing the differences and helped us make the right choice. I have to say it was by far one of the best retail experience we've ever experienced. Plus they sell everything to keep your water clean and even evaluate your water. Can't wait to get it - great job Mike!

Johnnie B Broderick happened to be working when my family entered Snake River Pool & Spa, and we are glad he was! We chose a Hot Springs spa after a significant amount of research, and are very happy that we did!

We constructed a home that was sold with an infrared sauna provided by Snake River Pool & Spa. Prior to construction we visited the store in Boise and met Jim Jenkins and discussed purchasing a spa as well.

We recently purchased our first hot tub from Snake River Pool & Spa and couldn't be happier! During our yearlong selection process, we visited the store many times and even tested out several of the tubs.

The spa is great but the service and how they handle issues is even better. We had our hot tub delivered right before Christmas. We ran into issues concerning delivery in the Highlands. Snake River had seen advance photos of the terrain and thought they could manually place in our backyard.

Looking for a great spa, stop in and ask for Johnnie B! I love my spa, it's become my personal masseuse and a great place to relax. I went with the salt water option because it's more natural and healthy, and uses way less chemicals.
