From initial contact, to consult, to completion, the team was great! Very easy to work with. We’re extremely pleased with our new brick paver patio and would highly recommend these guys for any project. We’ll be using them again for future projects.

We had a patio and walkway added to our sloped yard and Smart Scapes did a great job. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job quickly. The work was done well and the site was cleaned up when they were done. Any questions or concerns I or my wife had along the way were answered and addressed to my satisfaction. If you are looking for a good hardscaper or landscaper, these are the guys to hire. Five stars.

I've worked with the Smart Scapes crew a few times in the last two years. Every time we do business, I'm impressed. In fact, they exceed my expectations. They're always prompt, on time, they always answer my calls, and they always have a great attitude. Plus their magicians when it comes to landscaping and hardscapes, and their techniques with the permeable paving technology is excellence bar none. Would highly recommend.

David and his team just finished a major project at my home. Forest Hills mandated that my replacement driveway be 'permeable' to prevent excess water runoff, despite the fact that the original driveway had been there at least 50 years. After extensive research, my wife and I chose David and SmartScapes for the job. They demoed my existing driveway, rebuilt my patio, and added new side walls using nearly 6000 ft2 of Belgard permeable pavers.

The work was done well, on time and on budget. They were easy to work with and David was great about responding to my random texts and questions at all hours of the day and night. We have the most permeable drive and one of the most beautiful in Forest Hills. I could not be happier with my new driveway and plan on it lasting for several generations. We have been very pleased with David, Rhianne and their team. We first used them before we actually moved here. They were great. Met me on the day we closed on our house- were prompt and on time. I told them what I wanted to do and they put together some options- visual plans and estimates. I was able to do/plan everything remotely so that I could get approval from our HOA to begin work as soon as we moved in.

They did a fantastic job. We get so many compliments on our landscaping. We had a small plant and tree die within the warranty and they replaced with no issues. We also had a few trees that looked like they were struggling right at the end of our warranty. Their expert opinion was they would be fine, but would offer an extra year of warranty, just in case. Well, they were correct.

The trees are all thriving, but giving me that extra peace of mind was gold. Rhianne has been great to work with. She always answers my calls and texts. We have since used them for additional work and will continue! Thanks Smart Scapes!

Beautiful Landscape Design! Bob Chappin designed an amazing landscape for our entire yard that I could never have envisioned. Now, we have a great plan to implement over the next few years. Smart Scapes installed drain lines for all our downspouts. We had them plant the first landscape bed and they did an exceptional job.

Two Big Projects! Dave and his folks at Smart Scapes just finished two big projects for me. I couldn't be more impressed. The projects were completed ON TIME and the craftsmanship is superb. I highly recommend.
