Aurelio and his team from Silver State Floor Restoration are wonderful. I hired them to fix what another floor cleaner had done to our marble floor. They had left behind work boot prints and large smudges and smears that could not be washed off. Our floor never looked so dull and dirty. Aurelio came in with his team and they were able to lighten or remove many of the old stains, including what the other cleaners left behind, and polish our floor to a beautiful shine.

They also did an amazing job on the grout. I will never call anyone else to work on our floor, it hasn't looked this good in a very long time. Thank you to Aurelio and his entire team.

"Best-of-Class" Company I am newly relocated to Las Vegas, recently retired from a 34-year career with the US Navy in Wash DC. I've just contracted with Silver State Floor Restoration wrt wood flooring maintenance, cleaning and polishing. I name requested SSFR's highly regarded Flooring Restoration pro: Gustavo. The customer service experience I received was exemplary in many professional aspects: Gus's expert knowledge of the specific grade and aging of my hardwood floor, his meticulous detail with the pre- restoration examination, and, perhaps most importantly "end-to-end" white glove treatment. Frankly, Gus and his cheerful crew treated me less like a customer, and more like a member of their own family.

How can you top that?! This company TRULY delivers a service which exceeds even the highest of expectations.

We used Silver State Floor Restoration service to restore our floors after severe water and mold damage. They were fantastic. Great communication, fair quote and fast restoration work. Everything looked amazing and matched the rest of our apartment beautifully. I will definitely use them again.

Silver State Floor Restoration service is fabulous. They first came out to give me a reasonable estimate and then scheduled an appointment on the spot. During my marble floor restoration work, the workers were professional, gave special attention to detail and used the best of equipment. They moved furniture out of the way as needed and then cleaned & polished my marble floors to a clean, sparkling shine. They moved the furniture back and left the house spotless.

I have been extremely happy with Silver State Floor Restoration. The restoration team came out and gave me a fair estimate and then polished my marble floors up extremely well. They returned and did a touch up several days afterwards at no cost and our floors look absolutely brand sparkling new. Honest with great quality work and follow up. We are planning a move. While we completely remodeled our bathrooms back in 2004, they needed a face-lift after all those years of use. The guys who work for Silver State floor restoration are top notch, hard working, scrupulous, and really good at what they do. They worked all day on our bathrooms and the results were fabulous. I needed a bit of re grouting on the kitchen counter and they didn't charge me for the extra job. Not only are they good, they are generous. If I were to stay in our house, I'd only use them.

I asked Silver State Floor Restoration if they could make my outdoor patio look like new, and they said No problem! The pavers had lost their luster through the years, but when Silver State said No problem they meant it! The stones look amazing and add a new level of comfort to our grilling time. We absolutely love the rich colors and the sheen that now pop out of our rocks!
