Shield Roofing took care of everything to get our roof replaced after being damaged by hail. They communicated with our insurance and mortgage company during the process which made the roof replacement very easy on us. Our representative was very responsive to any communication from us and handled any follow up work required after the new roof had been completed. The work took only one day from start to finish.

The roofers were very nice, thorough and made sure that they didn't leave until we were satisfied with the roof replacement. I really hate giving bad reviews but I called this phone number. An answering service picks up and basically pages the only guy that answers. I had a simple project which was to discard 2 vents on my roof and replace with 2 pvc candy cane pipes and replace the flashing. Very easy project for an experienced roofer. Initially the guy was nice and said he would come out on a Tuesday.

Then everyday since then he basically kept pushing me off and finally said he was too busy. I would call someone more professional and caring Update.3 years later and finally had a response on google about this review. As mentioned before, they are slow getting back and as you all can see on timeline, 3 years is a long time to respond back. Maybe their work is good though.

Henry and his team from Shield Roofing did a great job on repairing damaged shingles to our second story roof and the roof ridge line that I didn't even know were damaged (ref before and after pics). Henry went above and beyond to help explain why the ridgeline shingles failed and helped me know what material to require from a future roof installer when my roof needs to be replaced in 5 or 6 years. From my first contact with Henry getting the bid and contract, to the cooperation with Richard on the job, and Kimberly over the phone at the office, every step was professional and they worked quickly and efficiently. Shield Roofing did an excellent job as the primary and general contractors in repairing the hail damage from the 05/27/2020 hail storm. The roof itself was done in one day. the workers arrived around 7 am and stayed till 7 pm, polite, hard-working and they cleaned up ALL the leftover debris, including items as small as individual nails. A job VERY well done. The gutters and a window glazing were all accomplished quickly and to my (and the reverse-mortgage company's) satisfaction.
