I was having manufacturing problems with my mini split. They did not install it. They were great with problem solving and helping resolve the issues. I'm very pleased. I would never hesitate to call Sheldon's.

I was very very impressed with Tim the tech that came out to repair the AC unit he was very very kind very pleasant very professional and I am very happy with his service Sheldon's is lucky to have him as one of employees. I will definitely ask for Tim if anything else goes wrong. Thank you so much Kim for all your help for all that you did and I wish you the best of everything.

We are a commercial property and have worked with Sheldon's for a couple years now. Brian, the owner, is great. I don't prefer to work with non-local companies, but with Brian, it's managed to work out. I highly recommend this HVAC contractor.

We had a great experience with Ray! He wasn't able to fix the problem the first call out, after hours of trying. but made it a priority to get back the next day, even without really having availability and got everything figured out. It was fixed and done the next day! And we got a 20% discount on what needed to be fixed after signing up for their membership that will end up paying for itself. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for AC repair 10/10!

Every single technician has been awesome. They are great about communicating with you on the progress of the job at hand. Let you know when they are on the way and always clean up after themselves. Joser is by far my favorite and the reason I chose Sheldon's for my heat/AC needs. Joser is a great asset to this company in my opinion. Thanks guys for all your hard work.

This company was very professional and easy to deal with. Zack was very helpful with working out the details and available 24/7 to answer all my questions and went out of his way to help me. The team that did the installation did a wonderful job making needed repairs, although I wasn't able to meet them in person, they're quality of work was great. Ray, the supervisor/ technician who completed all the inside work today did an exceptional job, Completing the work on his own, including having to crawl under my mobile home.

He is friendly, polite, very helpful and knowledgeable, explaining everything I needed to know completely. I am very satisfied and grateful to everyone I encountered connected with this company from the very first call to them up to and including the completion of the project. Victor and Alex were great. They got here on time, did everything in their power to keep my house cleaned while they worked. Not once did they talk down to me when explaining anything. When they were done they cleaned up everything. They also showed us before and after pictures. They even told us about the maintenance plan where they would come twice a year to do maintenance (of course I had to pay for that ). I would recommend them to anyone. They were my second opinion, but the ones who got the job. Not based on the price, but by the way they explained everything.

The gentleman who came to clean all of my ducts were so professional and helpful. They were on time and made sure to put down cloths and wear shoe covers so nothing became dirty in my house. They were knowledgeable and helped find and repair broken ducts while cleaning them and the dryer vent. They even had supervisors come and bring them equipment for repairs and checked to see how everything was going and if I needed anything.

They provided a lot of info on my system, my a/c and my ducts so that I know what is in my house and what maintenance needs to be scheduled. As a homeowner I really appreciated the information and customer service. I have had them service my a/c system before (and will continue to do so) and am very satisfied with all of thier service.

I just started using Sheldon's Heating and Air for our cabin Lake Arrowhead because we had an emergency. Our heater stopped working about 10 days before Christmas. They were the only company that could go the next day and inspect everything on a Saturday. JP was the first guy that went and he was super knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to to install a new heater just 5 days later and pointed out the work our AC guy had not done right.

They also just recently installed a new Nest thermostat for us. Joshua helped with that and gave me info on things that can be done to get better air flow and increase productivity of our unit. They have done a great job both times and I highly recommend them!

Sheldon did an excellent job in installing 2 new Carrier air conditioning/heating systems for us. A crew of 4 came to remove old systems and installed new equipment efficiently, on time and cleaned up everything upon completion. They thoroughly set up the systems with new ecobee thermostats and fine tuned the systems to perfection. It was a very pleasant process working with this professional Team of Sheldon's air conditioning & heating. Thanh

Just had Sheldon's replace my a/c and heater. I am retired and have a background in the a/c and refrigeration industry. I called for an estimate and was pleased they came out 2 days later.
