Phenomenal father and son team! I made the appointment on Saturday and they came at 8 a.m. on the dot on Monday (presidents day). Very professional and explained thoroughly the process that would be performed on couch. They extracted all kinds of dirt out of my couch that you couldn't even tell was there! The sanitized, cleaned, steamed and deep scrubbed my couch. Great price for the service that was provided and they cleaned my area rug, complimentary as well. Highly recommend and will be using their service again in one year.

I worked late and was still sleeping when Joe and his associate arrived this morning so I scrambled to throw things into the closet's and get stuff off the floor. Joe told me to take a deep breath and take my time.

Such pleasant people and highly efficient workers. They were finished in an hour and a half and the carpet looks great! Definitely won't wait a year and a half to get my carpets cleaned again now that I found Sheen.

I had services with Joe yesterday. From the very beginning, it was great. Joe asked for pictures to provide me a quote. Quote was wonderful compared to other companies. Quote did not even change when he saw the rug in person. I was completely satisfied with his carpet cleaning services and I would definitely use his company again. My rug looks brand new! High recommended! Had an incident over the weekend that required a full couch and carpet cleaning, and reached out to Kaden. He was very accommodating on a Sunday (even willing to text throughout the day as I was busy). Came first thing the next morning and walked me through the entire process. Now everything looks and smells awesome. Thanks again.

I hired them because online reputation and phone manners, this was a good first impression. The day of the service, I got billed before they arrived for 3x more than agreed, with no logical explanation, pure price gouging. I called Kaden but she kept telling me the guy was already in my home. Turns out he was lost as the wrong instructions were given by the company.

So This company is too big to keep track of their contractors. When the guy finally arrived, he could not speak English or Spanish which could be manageable if I didn't have the stress of the middle man price gauging me over the phone. By then we could not trust this company to clean anything and canceled the service. Not because of the contractor but because of the big guys. Basically, they tell you a market price over the phone to get you and then the price changes before they even arrive at your doorstep. From now on, I will be hiring only small companies that care about their clients and are more honest.

Unreliable. Terrible Customer Service. Attempted to cancel appointment the day before. Then, called to cancel just minutes prior to scheduled appointment. Busy people don't have time for this type of incompetence.

I called Joe regarding our silk carpet purchased for our office from Restoration Hardware. He immediately came over to look at the carpet within an hour. I asked Joe if he would do a spot cleaning and he refused to do this because he told me it would be a waste of money. He was honest and would rather turn down the business then to leave an unsatisfied customer.

When I spoke to my boss he told me to give Joe a call and ask him to take it to his warehouse where he did a proper cleaning and included scotch guard on the carpet. He was too humble about his work and said that it wouldn't look absolutely perfect due to the foot traffic the fragile silk carpet had received. when he returned the carpet it looked brand new! Everyone is happy with it and he was very quick and efficient. Will be back with more business as he is very honest and fair.

I do not recommend them. I would not hire them again. Poor service, dishonest, fake insurance. Go with another company. I wish I had.

Superior customer service! We had an issue with our rug where the glue and the backing on the bottom separated from the actual rug, creating wrinkles. We sent the rug to Sheen to get cleaned, hoping that would also remove the wrinkles.

The carpet cleaning company just left my house. It was a very good experience. They were very nice and effective! They deep cleaned the carpet quickly and left it looking like it was brand new- just like it was when we moved in!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Sheen. Joe showed up on a Saturday morning with big smile and ready to get right to work. Our office carpets were in terrible condition and they now look spectacular!

Be aware that the salesman for this apparently family-run business is Israeli and has kind of a pushy attitude. This can be a bit difficult to take but he actually is a very nice man - always in a hurry. I did some research about oriental carpet cleaning and this business offers the type of cleaning I wanted. When I called, he was in the Weston area and so was happy to come right over to me in Davie.

While I tried to get a discount, that was not going to happen - no way Jose! I'm happy to say that the carpet he brought back looks better than new. He was so proud when he rolled it out for my inspection. The rug never got a great deal of use, even though it was purchased over 20 years ago. While I wish I could have paid less than $200, the charge was $235 for my 8x10 wool rug. He took it away on July 7 and returned it on July 21. I do recommend this company, just realize you may have to be patient with the gung-ho attitude.

I was looking for a good carpet cleaning company to clean my (2) Chinese rugs. After my dog to a vacation on my carpet. Likely my neighbor Jessica just use this company the pee is gone. The rugs look AMAZING! Thank you Jessica and thank you Sheen Team.

Outstanding service! My wife and I recently moved to West Palm Beach from Washington, DC and were getting ready to move into a new condo. Unfortunately, the last tenants smoked inside the unit and the smell was horrible. It was in the furniture, in the walls, and in mattresses. We were getting ready to have our first baby and obviously couldn't move into such a place. Jo of Sheen Cleaning came by and took care of everything!

He is a very experienced professional and works with you on the price. After he was done, there was no smoke smell at all! Anyone who's dealt with smoke smell knows that it's extremely difficult to get rid of. Rest assured you'll be in good hands with Sheen. Jo cleaned the walls, all the air vents, the mattresses and the furniture. Unlike many cleaning companies, Sheen doesn't come to your place looking for ways of making more money. They clean only what is needed and explain the process along the way. They are just solid professionals with great integrity. Highly recommended!

Yosef was on time and did a thorough pro cleaning job on our a bit smelly sofa that had been in storage for several months, while explaining the process along the way. In our case, he used a portable machine, which I found ideal for our 2nd floor apartment on a busy street in Coral Gables. A very personal (and funny) individual. Good service
