Robert Sestak first worked for me in 2004. His company remodeled the apartment in the basement of my 1887 Washington DC five story row house. The job included removing a wall, installing new windows and doors, a new kitchen (cabinets, appliances, plumbing, electrical), a new bathroom (Jacuzzi tub, toilet, sink, limestone tile walls), and heated tile floors throughout.
