Seminole Carpet Cleaning

We've used Seminole Carpet Cleaning since we moved to Tallahassee in 2015. We've always been so impressed with the quality of their services and their professionalism. They've cleaned our carpets, tile, and upholstered furniture. This most recent visit was to clean a couple of couches that have been in storage for several months. Once again, they've done great work. Brian always arrives on time, takes great care while providing his services, and does high quality work. We'll always use this company as long as we are in Tallahassee and will continue to recommend them to friends!

Brian has been a pleasure to work with. He was early and did a fantastic job. He is the only carpet cleaning company that I will call when I need the job done right. The first time I called him was 2 years ago, when I moved into a townhome that smelled horrible. The previous tenant had dogs and smoke inside the house. I called another carpet cleaning company that seemed to make the odor in the house even worst. Then, I called Brian and he performed a miracle and followed up to make sure that I was satisfied. So when I moved into this new townhome there was no doubt that Brian with Seminole Carpet Cleaning is the only company I recommend or will ever call. Thank You Brian!

Brian is an absolute joy to work with. He booked my appointment with one day notice, arrived 5 minutes early, and was done in no time. I have a puppy and 2 kids so stains a plenty. I had the pleasure of working with Brian Hendry of Seminole Carpet Cleaning a few weeks ago- and pleasure is not often a word associated with mildew carpets and a toddler's flooded toilet- but he's really that great! To begin, I contracted another company (I'll say it, Bowden's) to simply clean my already clean luxury carpets to remain in warranty with Mohawk.

The company came out, completely soaked the living room and told me the gushing wetness was normal and didn't offer extraction or instructions before leaving. Lo and behold a mildew smell crept up in days and they came out again to clean, blaming the odor on a clogged hose that didn't properly extract the water. Second time out, they cleaned the carpet and sprayed a spray, didn't work, so they brought a hydroxyl generator, didn't work, they blamed the odor on dirty dog and that I had my heat on when it was 40 degrees outside and no one advised me to turn the air on. so they got sick of me trying to get the smell out of my carpets and actually contracted BRIAN from Seminole to fix their mistake, and never followed up with me again except to bill me. Brian came and was such a joy from the beginning.

He's so knowledgable, respectful, articulate and you can just tell he loves what he does. He respectfully advised the other company's missteps (not badmouthing, rather letting me know the importance of giving instructions and taking client feedback even in a simple carpet cleaning), raked, treated and extracted my floors and finally, the odor was gone.

But then- not even one week later my 4 year old flooded her toilet and damaged 3 rooms and my entire gym downstairs and luckily I reached out to Brian directly, and although still a subcontractor for Bowden's at that time, Brian came over swiftly and was diligent in remediating the problem but also used every safeguard at his disposal to be sure that we were not going to be susceptible to mold in our walls, baseboards, carpets, anywhere.

He knew that was of the utmost importance especially in our children's rooms. Brian was here every day for a week or more, and was so kind and professional each time. He did enough, like tearing out the downstairs ceiling and checking for leaks, but not too much, and I trusted him 100% along the way. I think its so telling of both Brians skill and temperament that Bowden's gave him the job of appeasing the "difficult customer" or "crazy lady" who just wanted the mildew gone, and he did that plus so much more and completely exceeded my expectations.

I'm confident that Brian uses the same care when training his employees and I would trust Brian to do just about anything for me, but certainly when it comes to carpet, flood remediation or restoration, Brian is not just MY guy, but he's THE guy. 10 out of 10.

Recently had our carpet and tile floors cleaned and Brian was great! Top notch service and professionalism. Will be using again and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic service. Their technician showed up with their own vacuum cleaner and vacuumed every room, which was unexpected but wonderful, then my mind was blown when the guy came in with a ceiling fan brush and a rag/spray bottle.the dude cleaned my fans and scrubbed the baseboards. That's just nuts.my mind was blown. I went and grabbed my wife and pulled her in to show her I was so excited. The best part was that we found y'all by accident when our original "first choice" didn't return a phone call. I'm so glad those other guys blew it.

All cleaned professionally and done in about. an hour! Stains that were in carpet for almost a full year.completely gone. Best carpet/tile cleaning company around. Super friendly staff too. I help a friend of mine manage a rental property and was recently in need of carpet cleaning because a tenant (who had been evicted) had trashed the carpet. The carpet was in such bad shape, I really thought it would have to be replaced. Between rubbed in dirt, food stains, and a number of ink stains - it was in bad shape. I called a couple of. places who did not return my call.

I then called Seminole Carpet Cleaning where the phone was answered by an actual person! Ashley was very helpful and explained their services and gave me a quote. My only complaint was that the first appointment available was not for three days - but that just meant they were busy, which is a good thing. Logan.
