I am so happy with the work of Juan Lopez from Santhoff Plumbing! They responded to an urgent need so promptly and when Juan arrived, he quickly identified the problem and he fixed some other small plumbing issues with faucet sinks in my bathroom. I will be calling on him again for some additional work to improve hot water flow from third to first floor kitchen. I can highly recommend Santhoff Plumbing for excellent, professional service!

My service technicians were on time, efficient and knowledgeable. My garbage disposal was installed quickly and they even checked all my other plumbing to let me know of any potential issues I may have in the future. I called Santhoff plumbing on Thursday night for an emergency plumbing situation on the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. They were able to set me an appointment for 9:00 a.m. the next morning. Jose and Caleb have been working on my home for a year now. They have spent time carefully diagnosing many issues we've had from a shady builder in the past. They have checked ever inch of our home to make sure any thing that was done wrong in the past was corrected. This has been re routing sewage lines, repairing improperly installed shower valves, and much much more.

These repairs required a lot of creativity. Both Jose and Caleb worked with me to find alternate ways to run sewage lines, listened to my thoughts and were so respectful. They have also been a part of all the finishing touches: install of all faucets, toilets, shower trim. Just recently they installed a whole house water filter. They went the extra mile with each project.

I trust them in my home and around my family. They are professional, respectful, work hard and fast, punctual, and find creative solutions to hard issues. Juan Lopez of Santhoff, I believe, has rich experiences as a master plumber. He pin-pointed the root cause of my plumbing problems related to different hot water temperatures at different locations in my house. He and his assistance resolved the problems one at a time, until I was happy with the final outcome. Another reason that I am a repeat customer to Santhoff is that Santhoff, if I'm not mistaken, always sends a two-person team to the work site, that would produce very efficient repairs by the team. For those reasons, I would recommend Santhoff for plumbing services to my family members and neighbors.

Very prompt and professional service. Several other firms would not bother responding or take the job to fix our gas lamp as it is mounted high up by our front door. Sergio arrived right on time and fixed our gas lantern in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

I had several items; I showed all the items to Juan when he arrived and he walked me through what he'd do and his estimate for each item. I was busy and I just left him alone. I appreciated that he notified me when he had to turn off the water and when it was on again.
