The company duplicated my motorcycle and car keys perfectly. In fact my motorcycle key duplicates work better than the original. They're awesome about immediately obtaining key blanks they don't have on hand, and ordering extras to keep in stock.

Great at answering phone calls but I was told a locksmith would be here in 30 to 45 minutes 3 times. I have been waiting for 3 hours and still no locksmith. Last call i was told the driver left 30 minutes ago from Boise its been over an hour 1/2.
