What a great experience. Had use other well known companies around St. Paul and had garbage service. SOS came out, told me everything that I needed to know and performed the service within an hour. I called in on Monday morning and was told that they could have somebody out within two hours of my call! I was so surprised as the plumber I originally called told me friday was the earliest availability. The technician showed up and was friendly but work-focused. Wow. We're impressed! Had a backed up kitchen sink on Thanksgiving, about an hour before guests were arriving. Called SOS and within 45 mins had someone at our home. Great for our business. Much better service than Roto Rooter! They use much more advanced equipment and cost about the same. Our drains are now lasting 10 times as long without service so it's actually saving us about 3 service trips a year. I would highly recommend.
