Ryan was late for both appointments, but most important he said he could re-do a weed bed, $750 dollars -- came in with machine to remove the old weeds - then put new plantings with mulch, within a week the old weeds were back, he never put down any kind of matting to stop weed growth, then when i followed up with him, nothing, he wanted his money right away --- but never followed up --- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We have worked with Ryan at RRR Lawn & Landscape since 2011. He does a great job. The lawn always looks great when he is done mowing. He is great at communicating with us by email or phone. I would recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

You and your team did a great job -- from your quick initial response from my phone call, to talking the details of the project through and providing a quick and thorough estimate, you were very professional and courteous. This business is a joke. Ryan missed several appointments, or just showed up when he felt like it. I asked for plain 2ft x 2 ft pavers, he brings designed 1 ft x 1 ft pavers. I asked for the patio to be centered with my outside steps, and it's off 4 feet to the right. I paid for 144 pavers and he only laid 102, and tried to claim that he gave me 30 pavers for free by claiming that one 2 ft by 2 ft paver is the same size as two 1 ft by 1 ft pavers (it's four dude, this is fourth grade level math, I had to draw a picture to prove him wrong).

He repeatedly tried to tell me what he was going to do, not what I asked him to do. Does. Not. Listen. At all. When it was all said and done and I told him his business was a joke, he offered to refund me. I told him to keep the money to pay for Math 101. Referral based business was not a great choice for this guy.

Really terrible business. Owner Ryan was a No-Show for first two scheduled appointments at my house then showed up at a different time for 3rd scheduled meeting. No apologies from him; then Ryan simply wouldn't honor his advertisement in The Wave of Savings.com circular for free sprinkler turn-on. Instead Ryan insisted on writing a quote for a sprinkler repair (he said was necessary before he could turn it on) and $900 of additional landscape services!

When I responded that we would pay him the $75 he wanted for the sprinkler turn on he was non-responsive! P.S. Ryan's sprinkler repair was completely unnecessary as we had it turned on yesterday with no repairs by Aquarius Lawn (5 stars!) who stated that No Repair was necessary! Advise that you don't waste your time on this contractor, no matter what services (or scam) he is offering!
