2015/2021Bad news, I fired them, they let my yard weeds get out of control, they owned the contract for 6 years, had management out 6x, full excuses and long winded stories about "will work on that". Its the correct company Jordan, I have all the receipts and dates i called. James was the man who repeatedly came out. started calling in April, finally was fed up by November. Customer #19842

I had the pleasure to meet Mike Barnett from Royal pest services. If all their employees are like Mike, it's company has a great team. Mike is super knowledgeable and will find whatever critters are hiding in your home. Doesn't hurt he is such a nice guy. Definitely recommend them

I can not stress enough how great this company. They are bunch of professionals when it comes to customer service and following up with my concerns especially the owner of the company himself. I had termite tenting service through them and couple of my neighbors saw there was a gap hole during the tenting process and notified me. The tenting happened on the weekend and I was very concerned on the result hence I contacted Goody immediately which he was the person that did the initial inspection.

Upon contacting Goody on Saturday, he advised me that he is no longer with the company and had communicated my concerns with one of his previous co-worker on Royal Pest Services. After several times texting the phone no. that was provided to me be Goody, the owner of the Royal Pest Service himself called me to address my problem on the weekend! I was surprised and also realize that the owner of the company does take pride of their service and assure me that they are rectifying the problem and advised me on solution. I am vary satisfied with the level of service and quality of this company. Anyone that need termite pest service, look no further!

They always do a phenomenal job. Pets never had any issues with the spray they put on my lawn.

You completely destroyed my backyard if it's not fixed I'm placing videos and photos all over social media.

Customer service and care has gone down over the past few years. They used to be fantastic, had the best lawn in the neighborhood. Spraying started being spaced out, weeds started taking over. Multiple calls from me and requests for addl service from their own technicians went unanswered until I wanted to cancel. Even then, promises weren't followed up on. Cancelled after being a customer for over 10 years.

I use royal for lawn service and my lawn never looked better. I used another company for two years and they gave me all kind of excuses on why my grass was not green each year so I switched to royal. Switching to royal was the best decision I could have made, within three months my entire yard was green front and back. I've cared for my lawn for a long time. This fall, weeds just took over and I needed help. I checked neighboring lawns and found the best looking lawns used Royal. I saw Robert Mendez spraying a neighbors lawn and talked to him as he was wrapping up. He kindly took my name and Mike called within hours. We signed up for services and Robert came back and sprayed the yard and offered some great advice.

He came back 2 weeks later and retreated a couple spots and again offered some great advice. I really appreciated the personal touch and can see a dramatic improvement in such a short amount of time.

Our tech-Julius is so helpful. even if he is in our area and it's not a spray day he comes by to check on the lawn and he leaves us a note. we can ask him any question and he always give a clear answer. the office is always so helpful as well. Service: Lawn pest control

Royal Pest is my current service for lawn and pest control. Extremely satisfied with both. Isaac, our lawn tech, is amazing. He offers great advice and has my yard looking great. When I first switched my Zoysia was a mess. Through time, Issac has done a great job keeping me up to date. He offers insight as far as watering times, mowing height and my yard continues to improve. It's not perfect, yet, but I know we are close. Highly recommend.

They called Wednesday to be at my home Thursday but never showed up or called. This has happened 3 or 4 times. I can't seem to get them to want my business. They fix the issue for a month or so but then revert to poor service.
