TOO EXPENSIVE! My hot water heater broke, Rowe Plumbing came out same day, removed faulty water heater, went and picked up a new one and installed it same day. Technician got a COMMERCIAL GRADE water heater and they charged me $2300.00 and change! I would have been happy with an $800 water heater from Lowes! I feel like they ripped me off and I do not recommend this company. I will never call them in the future. I argued with them but got nowhere. They took advantage of a senior citizen. Shameful.

The Technician, Brett Carpenter was informative, knowledgeable and very forthcoming with our options in dealing with our continuous sewer issues. He gave us options and recommended the cheapest option and we were EXTREMELY grateful for his honesty.

Was quick to schedule an appointment and did a good job. We had them install a water line to our fridge on a wall without any plumbing. It cost about what we expected and there are no leaks.

I had dropped a earring in the shower drain that meant a lot to me. My late husband had given to me. Called like 4:00 that night they were here by next morning and he got my it out in about 30 min. He was very polite and courteous and charged a fair price too. Service: Drain cleaning

My 5yo deciding flushing a toothpaste tube and a hair brush down the toilet was a good idea. So, called these guys as they were recommended by a few different people. They came out the next day and went above and beyond what they came out to do. Will absolutely use this service again.

I scheduled Rowe Plumbing for today and they provided a window of 8am-12pm. At 10:32 this morning I received a text stating the technician was 30 min away and headed to my house. Another hour and a half later I called the office phone and Scott was rude, disrespectful and dismissive telling me on several occasions to "shut up for a minute so I can talk." He then told me the tech was "right around the corner" and would be here in 2 min.

Yet another 20 min passed with no plumber, so I called again and spoke to Scott and the supposed owner, a female whose name I cannot recall. Both were rude again, perhaps the owner even more so, and they stated the tech was no longer coming. After wasting my entire morning I still have the same issue and the faucet was still leaking. Rowe plumbing are rude and disrespectful of its customer's time and concerns and they lack any semblance of caring customer service. Look elsewhere such as Simpson Plumbing. Need I say more. I made an appointment with Rowe Plumbing to fix a simple faucet issue. They told me to be available from 8am-12pm on one of my limited days off from work. Well noon came and went with no plumber. I contacted the apparent owner/manager and he stated it was out of his control. I would say that if you are the owner/manager you SHOULD know exactly what to do and what your employees are up to.

Very disappointed especially since I have used them before and it went fine. But they have lost their customer service and my future business. 12:10 and still no plumber, but he was supposedly "right around the corner" 15 min ago. There are plenty of other options out there, go with one of them. Edit: Again, I contacted Rowe Plumbing with an appt set today from 8am-12pm.

After noon came and went I spoke to Scott who told me several times to "shut up so I can talk" as I explained my concerns and addressed his dismissive attitude. This plumber, Andrew McKinnon, was then apparently "right around the corner" but he never showed. The lady I spoke to was also rude, and I wasted my entire morning waiting for these people.

Even after receiving a text at 10:31 stating he was 30 min out, and he was still not here over an hour and a half later. When I said we had to cancel my son being able to see Santa today, they could not have cared any less. Use Simpson Plumbing. Seriously.

These guys were great! We had a clog in our main drain that was causing our kitchen sink to back up. I put a blast out on Yelp requesting help. Rowe responded, but I already had set up an appointment with another plumber. When that plumber was a no-show, I called Rowe back and they sent a crew out right away! They quickly diagnosed the issue and took care of it within a few mins! Very professional and easy to work with. Rowe will now be our new "go-to" for anything plumbing related!

We needed one of our toilets replaced on the 3rd floor of our (new to us) townhouse. I got an appointment in 3 days after my call, and the technician, Andrew McKinnon, arrived on time and very quickly made an assessment of what I would need. He returned within the hour with my new toilet, hauling it all the way up 3 flights and the old one down without complaint.

He was professional, courteous, skilled, and quick. It's always a bit of a crapshoot (ha! pun intended) when one is in a new community and is looking for reputable businesses -- I won the plumber's lotto. I can highly recommend this company and this technician. When we make plans for a whole bath remodel, it's Rowe we call.

I called Rowe after the cold water under my sink sprung a leak. The gals on the phone were super friendly and helpful and got me an appointment right away on a day that worked for me. Andrew came out and fixed my issue super fast with no problems. He was friendly, kind and professional and respected my home. Had a problem with an install of new bathtub fixtures done by Tim himself. He had to come back because it was not installed correctly. His solution was to buy different fixtures. Wrong answer. Other than his recent problems concerning rape and incest I wouldn't let him touch the plumbing in an port-a-potty

Excellent example of how a plumbing business should be run. We had a leaky pipe behind a wall, our first clue to the problem was noticing we had mushrooms growing out of the baseboards. After conferring with The Wife that no, she hadn't planted mushrooms in the baseboards we attempted a fix ourselves. It took a while, but we got it done. We thought.

A few months later while moving some things around in the same corner there were our old friends, the mushrooms. Colorful expletives followed. We tore the drywall out, again, and decided to call in professionals. Rowe looked the best on Yelp, so we booked an appointment to have them come out. Excellent experience, friendly and knowledgeable, fair pricing and most important, honest.

They repaired and made it better and easier to fix next time it fails. Oh, and by the way, anyone should know who gives plumbers a bad review because of drywall not being fixed. Plumbers don't now, nor have they ever, to my knowledge, repaired drywall. Plan for it.

Ok folks PAY ATTENTION Rowe plumbing, WOW Such very very nice young men. They were very careful and kind to us when we had to rebook due to lack of toilets. They explained everything they did and were very open about what we needed to get done. All and all this is a fabulous company. We are women of the older variety and they really made us feel comfortable and safe with them. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone interested in good work a fabulous service. Had an awesome visit where our issue turned out to not he as dire as expected and they didn't charge us. Super friendly, super knowledgeable, explained what was going on. Will definitely call upon Rowe for future plumbing needs!

Found Rowe plumbing on Google, called and set a appointment for the next day between 11 and 1. Waited till 1:15 and. Called to see where he was, was told he is running late and they would check to see where he was and when he would be there. 35 minutes later they call and say I'm sorry for the wait, we had someone call in sick so we are short handed, he should be there soon. Im sorry but i waited for 4+ hours i think you could of call me and explained it earlier. Not good enough. No service for me.

I called over a week ago and was given an appt window of 11-1 on 2/15. On 2/14 I received a text from Liz "reminding" me of my appt between 11a and 1p. This is the time frame I had set aside in my day to meet with Rowe plumbing. At 924a on 2/15, I get a call from Liz saying that the estimator will be there from 10-1030. I reminded Liz that our agreement was between 11 and 1.

At this point, I felt that Liz's tone had changed. I felt like she was being very condescending when she said "ok. Well I understand that. but. this is the time we have available for you." She offered to reschedule, which I considered but ultimately declined. I declined not because their next availability for an estimate was 2 weeks out, but because of 3 reasons; their lack of integrity, their inability to honor our agreement, and (what I felt) was a very unprofessional attitude on Liz's part. Rowe Plumbing seems very busy.

So they should understand the importance of honoring commitments and schedules, especially for a small veteran owned business startup like mine. I guess I would turn the question around on Tim. What if I was the one who called you dictating a time outside of what we had agreed upon? Would you simply toss your other commitments to the wind because I failed to honor our agreement?

Would you rearrange your whole day based on my demands? So do you really expect me to do the same? My time in the Army taught me about integrity and honoring my commitments; that's something that did not leave me when I was honorably discharged. Anyway. It seems like they have some happy customers. It's unfortunate I'll not be one. Best of luck to you folks.

I called Rowe Plumbing this morning about a leaking water heater. By 3pm we had a new water heater. The two gentlemen that showed up were professional and told us exactly what they proposed and the cost. They left everything in order and clean. AND they were fun to talk to! I would call Rowe Plumbing again, for sure! I thought the price was reasonable and the timing was great. They were able to get to us 2 hours earlier than we expected.

I got a quote for a project from Rowe Plumbing for updating some water lines under the house and around a pool we tore out. The price was very competitive. After accepting the quote we got on their schedule. They arrived on time on the day of the appointment. Tim got right to work and everything went as good as it could go. Really glad to have found this company and I will be using them again for any future plumbing needs. The final price of the work was within the quoted amount. No surprises.

I was notified by my water company that I have a lot of usage coming from my house and could have a broken pipe. I then called Rowe Plumbing and Drain. Everyone at Rowe Plumbing and Drain were friendly and professional. They quoted me a reasonable price and got the job done in no time.

We called Rowe Plumbing after our homeowners insurance denied our claim to fix our leaking shower. We only noticed the leak once it started dripping into our kitchen sink. Tim came out and inspected - long story - we have 3 shower fixtures above the kitchen. He was able to schedule for the following Monday. Mid-repairs he brought me good news of being able to save us $500. We are very appreciative of his honesty.

OUTSTANDING! We got in a bit of a jam on a toilet install. Tim had given a quote a bit ago and we thought we could DIY the deal. But alas. nothing goes as planned with a 70 year old house. Ran in to major complications, Tim came out on a Saturday and was done and out within two hours of my calling him.
