Tried working with Bram on a backyard design. His delays in responding to us was so unprofessional. We would wait weeks, for a response. He would say he'd respond by a certain time, then would not. The process started in April, finally by September we had working drawing. Then upon making some plant changes, and waiting for a final draft. He never finished and went MIA.

Part of the plan was to get a fence, which he told us would not happen due to a lumber shortage. We contacted a fence company, had it installed in 5 weeks. We have moved ahead, using other companies. Not sure what happened here, but their communication is terrible.

Roundtree recently provided a plan for both our front and back yards. We just completed phase 1...the back yard and we couldn't be happier. They are so very good at what they do and their crews are meticulous. Follow up is great too! Wish we had a bigger yard for them to play in!
