Matt & Mike did a great job fixing our toilet and installing a new garbage disposal. Everything was explained to our satisfaction. Nick J and crew did an excellent fan installation. The work was completed quickly and competently. They arrived on time and were very clean and courteous. Roman Electric did a great job start to finish on a project that I could not get other electricians to even look at. I will definitely use their service for future work.

Andy was amazing. He showed up so fast and took the time to resolve every single one of our issues. He had great communication and was thorough and really pleasant. Rick M.was " cocky" in dealing with my tenants. Thier word against his? The customer is always right. My first review complimented them on a job well done. After he left I noticed I had to stand on the kitchen table to get the remote to work. He had told me it needed to be held close to work but I assumed it WOULD work. When I called to have them come back to fix it, they said it would cost 179 dollars plus tax.

I said I thought I should get it done for free or at least a discount, I was told by the manager (via the poor office person Alyssa) that this was a discount. I believe she was not telling the truth. Needless to say I canceled my appointment with them, even though they didn't complete the job properly. I will find someone who has integrity and is professional.

I also hope the apprentice who was with him that day ( his name was also Rick) gets an opportunity to work with a different electrician who IS professional and customer service oriented. The apprentice was nice and seemed professional.

Technician and his co-worker were very knowledgeable & helpful. Took care of everything that I needed to have fixed and replaced. Explained everything and price before starting the work. Albeit, a little more expensive than I was expecting but had ALOTof work done. Cleaned up after job was completed. Would definitely use them again!

Have used Roman Electric previously (had the house rewired) and I had great service from them. I needed an estimate for electrical work for "The Kitchen Renovation from Hell" so I called them. Their rep listened to what we needed, he explained what would needed to be done, explained how the task would be accomplished, the time it would take to do it, the lead time they needed, and best of all, it was a very reasonable price! Highly recommend their services.

Roman Electric, plumbing, and heating helped us tremendously in remodeling our new home. They have also been involved in repairs and general inspections to keep everything running smoothly. My serviceman was friendly, smart and knew exactly what he was doing. Their commercials are effective! I called for the Service Call Special and Ben was there to fix my furnace issue within two hours. Their use of technology to enhance their customer service is fantastic. I would recommend Roman Electric any day.

1. The identification of the problem: Ryan S. was the plumber from Roman Electric Company who did a thorough courtesy, overview of the state of plumbing in my home. Frankly, I was surprised to discover that I had so many problems. Especially concerning was the state of the incoming water line as Ryan mentioned that it was in need of a change. Upon further inspection, I discovered that a iron connection had been connected to the copper lines that this connection was corroded. 2.

The Action plan. To cut the long story short, I accepted the offer to get the main water connection redone, change some outlets traps and change the Kitchen faucet. 3. Action Because I was concerned about the status of the main water line, I requested and obtained a shortened timeline for the visit. Roman Electric contacted The City of Franklin to shut off the water on December 29,2021. Joel, from the City of Franklin, was the on time at 8 a.m. and Ryan was there soon after.

The work was completed by 8 p.m. the same day and Ryan never flagged in his efforts to get the work done and in his enthusiasm to explain the various doubts that kept cropping in my mind. 4. Summary Ryan gave me the most important gift in that I have peace of mind with regard to the water service in my house. Roman Electric Should be commended for ensuring that customers like us can enjoy life under their superb skills of employees like Ryan. Thank you Roman Electric and Ryan. Ryan was competent and explained repairs and even wrote up some suggestions about future work we want to do. He answered all of my questions and took the time to explain work thoroughly. The initial repair was done to gas valve and he then checked every other connection to make sure we had no further problems. When he was done, I knew I didn't need to worry about further gas leaking.

The price was fair for the plumbing work done. He clearly has pride in his work and I will call Ryan at Roman Electric for future plumbing needs and projects. Thank you Ryan!

Mr. Armand V. explained everything to me about what was going on with my shower and why it was not working and what he would need to do to get the problem solved. We used Roman Electric to install a new water heater and water valves. Tony came to do the estimate. He called to let us know he was on his way. It was nice to know when to expect him. Tony was professional, honest, clean and wore shoe covers while in the house. He gave us multiple estimates (40 or 50 gallon water heater) if he replaced one valve verses two, so we were able to decide on prices. He made the appointment for the installation before he left the house. Great job done.

We had Mike and Chandler from Roman Electric replace and upgrade our entire panel and they did a fantastic job. They were on time, courteous, and professional. We also did not need to wait very long for an appointment. They even took the time to replace two bad outlets in one of our bedrooms, which was not part of the initial project. They explained everything in great detail and went over all of their work. We will definitely be working with them for our next project.

The heat is perfect now, says Loretta, and the repairman was just so nice. He was very neat. He showed me what he was going to do, went ahead and did it, and even cleaned up after himself. He was a fussy as I am. If I need help again, I'll certainly call Roman Electric.

During that heavy rain our electric was out for close to eight hours, said Ralph Schmickel of Scotland Dr. in Vernon. I've got a finished basement and would have lost everything if my two sump pumps with ½ hp motors hadn't kept running. I just sat downstairs with the lights on watching TV during the storm. We decided to put in a whole house generator because my wife is on oxygen 24/7, said Charlie Case of Schubring Drive in Muskego. When we had that storm here a few months ago a big pine tree fell across the wires and pulled them off the transformer. We were without power for over three days. But my neighbor's got a generator and he ran a cord over to us and we got our oxygen off that.

So I've now got clean, safe, professional looking outlets in the house, the basement and outside. I'm real happy with the work and the price was fair. You have a great employee in Neil. He is an asset to Roman Electric.

That Anthony, Roman's service manager, is personable and you feel good about him and Roman doing your work, Ralph said. That's why I keep calling back. Roman installed a new 200 amp service for me and they're doing some lighting work now too.
