Finding out I needed my roof redone was the last thing I needed to add to the list of my home repairs. Fortunately, Jeremy Sanchez, Branch Manager for Rio Blanco Roofing & Restoration made the entire process more of a relief than a hassle/disappointment of needing yet another home repair. I've dealt with various people in regards to my home repairs and Jeremy was by far the most genuine and empathetic individual - especially when it pertained to taking care of one of the most major necessities which is having a new roof that will protect all my valuables inside my home.

He also took the time to explicitly explain all the minor and major details. I can honestly say that what I anticipated to be a very stressful home repair turned out to be such an easy and smooth process. Nowadays it's tough to trust various businesses out there, but because of Jeremy's high standards and professionalism; I would definitely recommend him and Rio Blanco Roofing for any external home repairs!

My wife calls me the Clark Griswold of customers because I have absurdly high expectations. Luckily Jeremy and his team at Rio Blanco roofing were more than able to meet the standard of service and quality that even a male Karen like myself demands. When it came time for us to have our roof replaced, I spent several weeks researching as many companies as possible to ensure that we chose the best company to work with. Roofs aren't cheap, and a lot can go wrong with the installation, so I wanted to make sure the company we chose had experience and integrity.

After meeting with several contractors, I made the decision to go with Rio Blanco Roofing, and here's why. 1. From the first time I called, Jeremy was patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed each of them timely. 2. Communication, communication, communication. I made several calls to Jeremy throughout my process of researching companies, and every time I called or text, I would get a prompt response.

Every other company I quoted with took several days to respond to my inquiries. 3. Jeremy took the time to explain the value of upgrading to an architectural shingle and the benefits of going with the Atlas pinnacle pristine shingle. I had a mountain of questions about shingles and the entire process, and Jeremy always took the time to answer each of my questions quickly and adequately. 4. Jeremy recommended other products and services, and did so by explaining the value of the product, without attempting to push me into making a decision.

I never felt pressured throughout the entire process. We ended up purchasing an Attic Breeze Solar fan, which is a top of the line product, and both the purchase price and installation cost were very fair. It is already really helping to keep our upstairs much cooler. 5. Their lifetime warranty and labor promise is out of this world, and really helps to decrease the anxiety involved with making a major purchase.

Even after the roof was complete, Jeremy came back a few times to ensure that everything was clean and all of the nails were picked up from my yard. I highly recommend Jeremy and his team. My roof looks great and I'm confident that if I ever have any issues, Jeremy and his team will resolve them quickly.

I am very happy with this company and definitely recommend using them. I have used them for two minor roofing repairs on our home. Both times they have been great to work with and were able to quickly schedule the repair. They were reasonably priced on our first repair. On the second repair, they came out to assess the problem and fixed it quickly, and then didn't charge me for it because he said it was a simple fix!

We had the same worker come for both repairs (Brett). He was very nice and helpful. It is hard to find a company that will respond quickly, do a good job, be reasonably priced, and pleasant to deal with, but this company meets all of those things.

Very happy with the outstanding service I received today from Mr. Jeremy Sanchez and his worker, Brett. I contacted Mr. Sanchez by text a couple of days ago to correctly position the vent pipe that leads from my water heater to my roof. Mr. Sanchez responded quickly and had his worker, Brett, reposition the vent pipe and make the necessary adjustments to the roof.

The work was performed quickly and accurately by Brett who did an outstanding job. Needless to say, Mr. Jeremy Sanchez is a true professional who can be counted on to perform any necessary roof installation or repair in a timely manner. I highly recommend Rio Blanco Roofing for your roofing needs.

True Professionals! In April 2021 Rio Blanco replaced our roof and did an outstanding job. Their customer service was and is fantastic; quick to respond, knowledgeable and courteous. I've waited to provide this review because our previous roof replacements always had workmanship problems within weeks of installation and companies used inferior materials for underlayment and hip & ridge shingles.

Not Rio Blanco, Chuck Allen & Jeremy Sanchez ensured the right materials (and high quality) were used for our Atlas Roofing System. Even during the heaviest of rains over the spring and summer we experienced no leaks or faulty workmanship. You won't go wrong with Rio Blanco Roofing & Restoration; a company you can trust.

Hector was exceptional with his service in taking care of my roof. He explained everything from start to finish and was able to put me at ease with the whole project. Hector sent me before and after pictures and called and kept me abreast of what was happening everyday. I truly feel that Rio Blanco has a great person working for them. Hector assured me even after the project was completed he would do a annual check on the roof. I truly believe there is a reason why this company has high ratings, because of the people like Hector who take the time to give exceptional service.

Amazing customer service. Eric Campos responded to my request for an inspection after business hours on a Friday afternoon. He was able to fit me in early Saturday (he actually arrived earlier than scheduled). He was very knowledgeable and detailed in his inspection of our roof. He was honest which I feel is hard to find and trust that people have your best interest. We will be using Rio Blanco roofing for any future roofing needs and know that we are getting quality and trustworthy work! Thanks again Eric!

As most people do, I received multiple estimates for my roof replacement and while I dealt with a lot of nice people John Showman made me feel the most at ease. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and explanation of the process and I instantly felt that my home was going to be taken care of from start to finish. The crew showed up on-time and ready to work.

I worked directly with the owner, Kit, in having my property's roof completely replaced. He was upfront with us about out options, and was extremely thorough in providing information about the re-roofing process. He was also the best rate, which honestly did not factor in my choice to hire Rio Blanco as much as the care to educate us.

Our experience with Kit and Rio Blanco Roofing was all good. Kit was friendly and his crew showed up to start work on our roof when he said they would. The work was finished in one day and the crew did a good job, our roof looked good, my yard was clean, it looked like no one was ever there. We were very happy with their work.

I found RioBlanco on Home Advisor and after reading the reviews I scheduled an estimate. I had a total of three estimates scheduled and none compared to Kit and RioBlanco. Kit was accomodating, professional and extremely proactive in our roof project.

OUTSTANDING! Kit came to our house and provided photos of the roof so that we could understand what was causing our problems. They offered to upgrade our venting system so that we could save money monthly on our electrical bill.
