Excellent company. Never going with anyone else. Chris figured out the problem quickly, fixed it and did it safely and professionaly. Pointed out what the previous guy did wrong. You get what you pay for. The Right Touch aint cheap, but its not crazy expensive either. Ill gladly pay more to know it was done right with technicians who know what they are doing, and take pride in their craft. I never leave reviews for anything, but do yourself a favor and hire these guys.

Reasonable pricing and excellent work replacing my entire breaker panel which included running the line input through the roof bringing my system up to code.

I work at an old mechanic shop. Management hired Right Touch to replace our very old, unlabeled and incorrect panel that was affecting daily work at our shop. Right Touch came and did the job during closing hours and I stayed late at work because I had some loose ends to take care of. They ran into a huge issue with the construction of the building, but by the next morning when I came into work, Wes had everything back up and running with a brand new panel. He returned later and was very helpful to us with locating exactly which breakers do what and all the questions we had. Thanks Right Touch

We planned to install an inlet plug and transition panel for the portable generator, so I searched for licensed electrician to install it. Right Touch Electrical was one of the companies that I scheduled for consultation. We already scheduled other two electrical companies within a week of fitted time, and pretty much knew what to expect and what is the price range.

After RTE electrician showed up, it took him 10-15 minutes to look around the property. Then we asked him what is the average price for the service that we needed. He said it would be between $700-$1,200. He told us that Our house main breaker still meets the code requirements and no need for change. Then the electrician didn't send us the quote until I contacted its office.

Again he surprised me with a $1,902 quote on a piece of hand-written paper, it was very unprofessional and dishonest for the price. The $1,902 was more than doubled price than other two companies quote of $900. I wanted to know where is the additional $700-1,200 coming from? Additional labor or materials? So I texted RTE office after the shocking, because I am a business owner by myself and hoped that management is aware of what was going on.

Office management responded my text and told me that manager would contact me the next day. It has been 7 days since the quote received but nobody from this company has contacted me. Today I already had my inlet and transition panel installed by other electrical company with a good quality service and reasonable price. Hopefully people will check and compare the price and quality service before hiring a service company. Dishonesty and unprofessional is what I found for Right Tough Electrical company

It was a pleasure to work with Isaac! He arrived on time and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He thoroughly explained everything he was working on and discussed every repair with me in great detail - he even let me record his explanations on my phone so I could communicate the info to my husband who was at work! He was well prepared and after the initial visit, he completed all the work in 1 day (including set up with the utility co). The work was excellent and the experience was extremely positive. I highly recommend Right Touch for any electrical needs!

Just got cut off by the driver of one of their trucks. Turning left under the beltway to get on the feeder and he forced his way into the lane and almost hit my car. He should be ashamed of himself as I have my 8 month old son in the back.

Excellent job. Very prompt, polite, and thorough. They did everything by the book, and did not cut any corners. All regulation requirements were met. There was no bickering about the price. It was an excellent buy for me. They pay attention to safety, and don't allow breakers to exceed the capacity of the circuit wires. Job completed with full cleanup. It's a month since job was done.
