Repaired my garage door over a year ago and did a great job. Just had my capacitor short out and called for help and they gave great advice to get it fixed quickly and did not even charge me for the advice and how to fix it myself. When I go to replace this old unit I will be calling them back.

We had a couple of our garage door rollers that were broken off, and we needed all of them replaced. I attempted to try it myself by following some YouTube videos--but at some point decided it would be easier to hire someone to do it for me! I found Roger when doing a Google search and saw that he had great reviews. I sent him an email Saturday night, and he had replied to me by 9:00 am Sunday morning with a quote!

He came out a few days later and completely switched out all of the old rollers and did some maintenance on our door in about 45 minutes. We couldn't believe how quiet our door was after Roger worked on it--and the cost was actually less than what I spent on Amazon trying to get stuff to do it on my own. Roger is super friendly and pleasant to work with.

He left us with some tips on how to maintain our door in the future, and a business card in case we need anything else. We will definitely be using Reliable Garage Door Repair for all of our future garage door needs--and would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their garage door!

I submitted a request for a quote late last night. And they sent Roger to my home first thing this morning. My garage door started making a loud squeaking and grinding sound and I was totally over it. He asked me to open the door and immediately found the cause. As a new homeowner no one shows you what areas to lubricate and it was a simple solution and a quick fix.

We've worked with George Middleton before as well as Shelby the owner. Both were prompt, professional and communicated clearly about arrival times, labor times/charges and parts. Our garage door/opener probably won't need their services again any time soon! But I like knowing who to call in the future.

My gate opener stopped working and I called AMR. They were at my house in a few hours and were able to repair my gate right away. Very knowledgeable in the workings of the opener. I will definitely call AMR again for any problems I have with the opener in the future.

Our security gate problems were addressed, our questions answered about pricing options and quality functioning for our gate in the future. This is a wonderful company. Knowledgeable, fair pricing, great service, and experts at what they do. I could not ask for more. I have done business with AMR several times. Called them to fix my dad's driveway gate, they also repaired both of my garage doors (& installed new motors), and my driveway gate. This is my go-to company for all gate/garage door issues! Based on the great level of service I have received, I will not call anyone else.

Out of 5 other garage door companies, AMR garage doors had the best quote. I was surprised at how much some of the others were charging. Ryan was so sweet and did a great job installing a new door and motor, its so quiet now. Highly recommend this company to everyone!

Ryan was amazing! He was able to swing by my house asap and fix my carport issues immediately. Most repair companies won't service carports, but Ryan showed up prepared to expertly fix ours which highlights his knowledge and expertise all around. He stayed committed to testing our carport's functionality many times before he felt it was up to his standards (which was much higher than mine).

His costs were very competitive and his rapport, speed and expertise were intangible. He shared helpful insights and tips for future maintenance as well. He will most definitely be our go to for any carport issues going forward.

They did everything extreamly fast and did it for a fair price. The owner is very helpful in terms of scheduling the repair. I'd recommend them for any similar issues.
