Redline Windows

Never finished the job to this day! Were contracted to install windows and doors on new build. The rep gave terrible advice. House was complete except not secured because handles/locks were not installed on doors. The screen doors never got the handles put on and always blow open when it gets windy. Avoid this company!

Family owned, everyone is very friendly and our technician was on time and fixed our issue with in minutes!

Told me in writing my Milgard door was irreparable, out of production, no parts available. Proposed replacing it for approximately $8000. Another company repaired it easily.

Posting this review after watching my husband struggle to get them to do what we paid them to do. -Called, got estimate, hired them, paid them in full. -Sent someone to measure our window -They came back with the window a week later but OOPS! They mismeasured. "We'll call you to make another appointment." 2 weeks go by. Nothing. -Husband calls them back. "Oh, someone marked this job as done." (?) So we tell them, no, never got our window.

They say they'll order and be back out. -Job was scheduled for a certain time window. An hour ahead of when they're expected, they arrive. -"Uh, you guys are early, we weren't expecting you for another hour." The Redline Windows worker replies: "Surprise!" (No "sorry", never called ahead nothing) -The unmasked worker *walks into my house* and I have to tell him to get a mask because I have an infant and, you know, there's a PANDEMIC.

They go back out and get one and finish the job. Unbelievably unprofessional, had to chase them down to do what we paid them to do, showed up early and acted like it was a surprise birthday party, and put my family at risk by not abiding by state regulations to wear a mask. Don't make our same mistake- don't hire these folks.

Good people, great customer service! I called them Thursday morning and at first he said they we're booked full but I told him final walk-thru inspection was on Tuesday and I had to have it done by then so he sent someone to measure it that day. They rush ordered the glass and replaced it first thing Monday morning. Installer had over 25 years experience and it took him less than an hour to replace the window. Very pleased!

I've worked for Target for 9 years and our site has took a big turn for the great in these past couple months. Big young tall man with glasses, excellent work ethic. Always on the move and really knows what he's doing, l love his results.

Needed a double pane window replaced in a French door. Set up an appointment to measure the glass and then for the install. Richard showed up on time on both occasions, was professional in his work and did a good job.

The driver of the red lifted chevy cd04813 needs to learn how to drive, left turn and came over three lanes to cut me off. If your going to put your name on your vehicles you need to assure the people driving them know how to drive respectfully.

Driver RLC 524 almost ran me off the road on purpose. Won't be calling these folks.

I have used Redline windows three times on two homes and two different types of issues. While I do agree with a portion of another review in that, not all the customer facing employees are let's say charismatic or have salesmanship, here is why I like and will continue to use Redline windows: First, some companies only replace windows OR glass and when I am not sure what I want to do with a broken window, it's nice that Redline will come out and quote or recommend either. Second, and most importantly, they always give me the most cost effective options based upon my needs and never try and upsell me. Finally, while this was a little bit of a pain, one technician readily admitted he was concerned about replacing one of my windows as it was atypical and he didn't have a lot of experience with it and was concerned he may break the surrounding ones.

He called his manager who agreed to have someone else who had more experience come out and perform the job. While it required a follow up appointment; I appreciate that the technician understood potential limitation and risk and proactively addressed it.

The best window installation service in Phoenix! I have tried many other stores and Redline Windows was the only place where someone actually offered me assistance. From the incredible customer service to the tidy window installers, it was a pleasure doing business with Redline Windows!

Thanks so much for the great job on the glass replacement and new vinyl windows and shower door install. It is so pleasant to have professional people who care. When you call your office you get someone who is helpful and concerned. When you perform the work you have competent and kind installers. I will recommend Redline Windows to others.

I used Redline in Dec 2016 to repair a broken window in my Peoria AZ winter home, I was so impressed with Terry the window tech guy, that I got an estimate from them in January to replace 3 old single pane windows and up grade to double pane, aluminum frame. It took a little over 3 weeks to get the windows manufactured because I only wanted aluminum and not vinyl, they finished up last week and installed all 3 windows. James the installer did an excellent job and I would definitely use Redline in the future if needed.

Very happy rolling to work with me on the scheduling also help me do some things up and above which they do not do I appreciated that therefore you will have a return customer for sure thank you guys

Just received got off the phone with Anthony. Found this company off of Homeadvisors.com. Very impressive how they called me from my inquiry. Next day. Explained the type of work that I needed. Anthony offered a free estimate. Explained how they replaced the windows. I asked how much something like that type of repair would run "Ball Park" and he became very evasive.

I told him that I understand that they need to look at the window for the actual estimate and that I wasn't going to hold him to the Ball Park range. Conversation went down hill from there. Sad that a business has to rely on that type of customer facing employee for their revenue.

They came out to simply replace a handle and lock on my patio sliding glass door and didn't have the right part. After taking my credit card number over the phone, Joe said they would order the correct part and get back with me to set up a time to come back out.

I have had the windows in my home for over 4 years love the aluminum Double pained Low-E windows from Reline Windows. Fantastic job really cut my electric down.

Redline was a refreshing change from two other window companies. They came and did fast measurements, gave a fast quote at a very fair price. Two other companies took longer to respond and gave higher prices (Sears was 200% higher).

What a window installer that it is! We stopped by this window supplier and I have to say there's quite nice looking windows out there. We hired these guys to install them for our new guestroom and me and my wife are both agree that this is the right company to do a business with.

Amazing window service! I hired these guys for a window replacement, because I wanted two new windows for my house. They did the job I asked them for really great and fast, so I didn't re-arrange my schedule for the day.
