Chris and his crew at Redemption Roofing did an outstanding job of replacing our hail damaged roof. He walked us through the entire process from initial inspection to the insurance adjuster visit to installation. Also very helpful in explaining the insurance process. We initially met Chris when he gave us a free inspection when we purchased our home two years ago. He gave us an honest assessment then and we gave him our business down the road. We highly recommend them!

Used them to re do a community town homes roofs. They worked above and beyond, and finished in a very timely manner. They are amazing!

Adam and the crews he worked with replaced the roofs on two buildings my wife and I own. I was very impressed with their work, from start to finish. Adam's inspection was thorough. He even made a temporary repair when he found problem in one of the roofs during his inspection. Further, Adam communicated and coordinated with the insurance company to make sure we received all the coverage that we should.

The crews that worked on this project (there were two: one for the composite roof sections and one for the metal roof section), were very professional in their work, and very conscientious. They were diligent to make sure there was no damage to my landscaping or the buildings when they removed the old roofs and hauled them away. They made sure to repair all the substructure that was needed (our roofs were in pretty bad shape).

And then, their clean-up was exemplary! Yes, we found a couple nails. But, we only found a couple, and they were not in the driveway! Finally, one of the buildings they worked on is over 100 years old. It's roofing substructure is very different from today's construction methods. They made sure that any material that was used to repair any substructure on this building was the correct dimensions so that there would be no uneven surfaces in the roof when they were done. I cannot more highly recommend Redemption Roofing.

Redemption Roofing installed a new Certainteed 20 year roof on my home. Joe and Adam were a pleasure to work with and their word is their bond. I was so please with the company I had them repair my photo studio roof too! Seriously, you need a roof call Redemption Roofing. These guys came and patched my roof until I could get the insurance to pony up for storm damage. Yeah, they were a little more expensive than a fly by night roofer but I got what I paid for and that's a good thing.

The 10 man crew completely replaced our roof in one day. I appreciated this because we were in the midst of a week of rainy forecasts. They protected our plants and cleaned up everything when they left. They did a great job. I highly recommend this company. Service: Roof installation

Redemption roofing installs a good quality product and uses good materials. The end to end process was too long.almost 5 months. Also, you are dealing with a big company interested in making money so make sure you negotiate exactly what you want in advance and get it prescriptive in the contract. The interface with folks was polite and they keep you informed but definitely had a strong salesman pitch to it.

Redemption Roofing did an excellent job replacing the roof on our Home and Potting shed. Patrick was very helpful, professional and always available on the phone and online. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Redemption Roofing! The entire process was excellent from start to finish. After a hailstorm hit my area, I was very apprehensive on the roofing process (an number of roofing companies knocking on my door) as I have never replaced an entire roof before. The team at Redemption was amazing, very through in explain the process and working with me to understand the steps and next actions. Redemption's Bill Briggs led a great team from inspection to installation.

Everyone was very responsive, and the level of service far exceeded my expectations. The quality of install was top notch and the full roof replacement completed quickly. I have worked with the team at Redemption Roofing for many years personally, and they are the best! They are very responsive, professional, and timely. They do a great job of cleaning up after the job, and are available to answer questions. If you ever have a problem, they are right on top of it. Recently, they added Ben Comstock to the team, and I have worked with him professionally.

I have nothing but great things to say. I called early this morning about removing a damaged satellite dish. Within an hour a tech was here to look and give a quote that was a third less than the big guys.
