Although they couldn't install our new garage door opener as quickly as we would if desired, no other company could either. The three day wait was worth it as they communicated when we could expect the technicians to arrive (and they arrived precisely as scheduled). We ordered a new garage door in August with an anticipated delivery and installation in October, I understand the supply chain in broken, but it is now December and still no door. To make matters even worse Raynor will not even answer their phones nor return our calls. We are just in limbo with NO idea when or if we will ever receive our new door. This is completely unacceptable. I am sorry I ever went with this company and will never use or recommend them in the future!

My technician, Ben and his partner did an awesome job and I would recommend him to everyone. He's very knowledgeable and didnt take long at all. They lubed up and tweaked door adjustments so they're perfect and answered my dumb questions too

I ordered a new garage door and garage door opener with magnetic decals. I called to purchase with everything decided before I made the call, trying to get the salesperson to call me back was impossible, and when I did reach him he seemed like he was to busy to take my business after telling him that I knew what I wanted he finally took my order, should of seen the red flags.

After I placed the order it was 3 months with no updates, wasn't until I called probably 5 times to get information about my order and said it would be about another month which was fine but left me hanging for that long is unacceptable. The door comes in and they installed it with a big gap that I could put my hand through, but the installer thought it was okay, so I called asked them to fix it and when the guy came out he acted like it was my fault I was taking time out of his day.

They did not install the door opener because a few days before It was supposed to be installed they decided to give it to someone else despite having my order in for about 5 months, so I had to wait again. It was finally installed about 30 days later, I then had to ask about the door decor, which they said they would install them soon, I had to tell them I asked for magnetic ones, which is what was on the statement, but they decided not to order them because the salesperson is incompetent.

It's been 9 months later, I never got them, tried call but no one has answered. Mind you everytime I call the salesperson is always on the phone and not once has ever called back. It took 4-5 attempts each day to talk to him. Complete failure on all aspects with this business.

I called early in the morning for an issue of my garage door not opening/closing. They were able to send Noah out to our house before lunch time and he had the issue resolved very quickly! He pointed out some things that could be fixed but was definitely not pushy at all. Great service and a great price!

The repairmen were friendly and professional. They arrived early and sent a text to let me know they were on their way. They did the repairs efficiently and were aware of maintaining the esthetics and appearance of the garage door. Well done!

Warranty is not much good when a company doesn't bother to return calls. Installed new door opener with warranty and despite three voice mails, never responded when we need repair two years later. Had to pay a competitor to get the work done.

Awful. When I called to make the initial contact, I asked the gentleman on the phone if he was bored. I was given a quote, and it seemed appropriate, although I would have appreciated a thank you after we finished.

Worked with them in the past and they were professional and did good work. However I had a spring break on a Thursday. I couldn't get on the books until Monday, and then I couldn't get a more definitive time than 'sometime in the afternoon'.
