Great service and very professional+friendly. Everything was done quickly and with a smile. Was visiting my grandparents when the water heater started to leak (of course the day i was leaving). Brad made my grandfather feel comfortable, which is a big deal given previous bad experiences. People don't always know how to work with older clients or understand that not everyone has used (or even seen) newer technology. Brad answered all questions and made everything clear for him and i get to leave home today at ease knowing everything is fixed.

I called Rainaldi last night to report that my A/C wasn't working, I couldn't lower that thermostat setting. They asked if it was an emergency, I told them no. The coordinator called first thing in the morning to say that I was on the list for today. Jason called me later in the morn. He told me that it was under warranty and was able to exchange it for a new one.

I was impressed by his knowledge and experience. He was also great at explaining what he was doing and how to operate the new thermostat. I have always been impressed by the technicians and support staff at Rainaldi. Good Job!

Jose was amazing- he was helpful in selecting the best water heater that fit our needs, beat the Big Box price (by a lot!) and offered us 18 months 0% financing! He was done the same day! So efficient! He then taught us how to care for our new Hybrid water heater and even took a few minutes to show it to our neighbors who also need to replace theirs! He was just super great and we will never use anyone in the future but Rainaldi Plumbing!

Second time using Rainaldi and both times their employees were beyond impressive. Very thorough evaluation and explanation of my options. Both times I worked with them they arrived on time or earlier than estimated and they notified when workers we on their way. I tried 3 other plumbers previous to Rainaldi and the root cause of my issue was never isolated until Rainaldi technicians diagnosed. Overall a very pleasant experience with this company and I will use for any future needs.

Rainaldi Home Services is a highly knowledgeable company on its business. They use advanced equipment, with accurate results. I was totally impressed with the accuracy with which they detect underground problems on the whole property, fast, very kind, responsible, respectful. ROBERT WAS THE BEST TECH EVER! I will recommend him every time if I ever have issues and recommend him to anyone needing help when you have A/C issues. GET HIM A PROMOTION BECAUSE HE DESERVES IT! My home owners insurance required me to do a repipe 30yr old home, after getting estimates Rainaldi was couple hundred dollars more but worth the extra. Very professional and as many times I asked questions Adam answered each one by text or phone and that's why I really chose this company. I appreciated his time before the work was done so I decided them for the job along with each person who answered my calls.

Price also was worked on a bit but workers who came to do the job respectful and very helpful. 5 star from me from start to finish so if you need a repipe I highly recommend them, now waiting on the dry wall to be replaced and inspector to pass the hard work, thanks to all at Rainaldi Plumbing

My technician was on time and very professional. I'm pretty sure he said his name was Cole. He did not make a mess he was very friendly and explained the problem. I never write reviews but had this company repipe my whole house (4000 SF) They were simply amazing. The got there on time, got to the job, did professional work and completed the job with their crew of 6 in 1, yes 1, day (8:30-4:30). The repairman for the drywall call 3 days later and repaired all holes. This company does great work at a great price and does what they say they will do. That is rare these days.

Showed up a little earlier than the dispatcher said (not a problem in my opinion) technician was very professional and polite. Service just finished but seems to have worked (they'll come out and make it right if anything goes wrong up to 30 days after the service.) Definitely would recommend. Service: Drain unblocking

Rainaldi came through for us yet again just as the Central Florida temperatures were about to plummet, our out of date zoned handler from 2013 kicked the bucket. Within 48 hours of contacting Rainaldi, we had agreed to a reasonable price on a 5 ton unit and it was delivered in less than 48 hours and installed too! The guys rolled out the carpets (blue not red) to keep our upstairs clean while they installed the AC on a really wet and muddy day. Danny especially was super friendly and patient and kept us informed throughout the whole install process.

Clean up and billing was also super easy. We've always used Rainaldi for repairs to our old system but we are very happy to have used them for a modern day system with all the bells and whistles. Great service and highly recommend!

I had an ongoing leak that progressively kept getting worse in the bathroom. I called Rainaldi and they were able to have someone come out that afternoon/evening to get the leak stopped. They were fast and efficient. I had Jose and he was very polite and even allowed me to watch him work so I could learn. I highly recommend Rainaldi and would use them again in the future.

Jesse and Devon are amazing! I honestly could not have asked for better service. They were here within 30 minutes of my calling about a leaking water heater. Rainaldi has a team of 4 gentlemen s who came to our rescue on Friday June 1st 2018. and I say they were sent by God himself, extremely courteous in all that they did in our home, very attentive to their work, seem to me they work round the clock, they left our home feeling clean and new again, I wish it was more I could do for that team of Gentlemen's.

My son bought a commercial dishwasher for his Eagle Scout project for our church. The plumbing was all done by Andre H from Rainaldi Home Services, he did an awesome very professional job. Going above and beyond giving us all sorts of hints of how to operate the unit properly.

I've been having a/c problems for several years with a leak in the system. After using a few other companies, I found Rainaldi. Everyone who has come to my house has been professional. This past week, Ron P came to service my unit.

Some of the problems have been addressed but it's been OVER 2 months since our unit was installed and it has still not passed inspection with the City. Phone calls are not being returned.

We had been having problems with our plumbing for the last three years and after several plumbers were called to our house none of them resolved the issues with the blockage. Every time we did laundry or flushed a toilet the water and waste would back up into our downstairs half bath.

I was very happy with the service I received from Rainaldi Home Service. This is twice now that I have had Elizabeth come out to service our air conditioning. The first time there was a problem with it and she went above and beyond to be sure she found the complete problem and fix it.

My wife decided to fix a leaky shower valve, the install did not go so well. I came home to a mess we tried to finish the job together but the housing started leaking at the back. I called Rainaldi, they scheduled us an appointment for the next morning.
