Had been without heat & hot water for weeks waiting on another company that kept postponing the job, called Fresolo & I had heat & hot water within a matter of days because I needed a whole new system in which I knew of, Darren & Rodney came & spent the whole day working nonstop to install a new system & very professional, very clean about the job & I can honestly say the nicest guys I have ever had work in my home. We have used Rocky for installation of a new gas furnace and water heater and he work and professionalism were both excellent! He also helped out with two plumbing emergencies: once when we had some rotted pipes and water shut off and once when we had clogged pipes and sewer leakage. We were very pleased all three times and highly recommend this business!

Changed from oil to gas needed a whole new system. Rocky Fresolo and the men that work for him were very professional and courteous. Answered all the question and always explained what they were doing. The whole experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need. EXCELLENT! Came early in the morning 7:30am!, fixed the leaky pipe, the improperly pitched sink drain, replaced the kitchen faucet, cleared all drains and put in a hot water heater, fixed the bathroom sink, and the toilet handle.among other things.all in a few hours! Professional, knowledgeable and quick! Listened to our concerns and problems, tackled them all head on, no hesitation!

I have had to use this company twice now (both in an emergency at short notice with water all over the floor) - once for a water pipe to the refrigerator and again now for my water heater - fantastic service - there within 45 minutes and both jobs done at a very reasonable price - great staff that attended my house, courteous and friendly - would highly recommend if you need a plumber.

In November 2015 R.Fresolo Plumbing and Heating replaced my old oil boiler and electric hot water heater with a Burnham gas fired boiler and an AO Smith hot water heater. I selected Fresolo P&H not only due to the good reviews that I had read and the good things about them that I had heard, but also due to their wonderful responsiveness during my decision process.
