We were recommended to call by another customer that was happy with the service they received. When my husband called we were able to receive service same day. Technician Ryan showed up a little earlier than the expected arrival time, which was a pleasant surprise. Upon arrival he was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the services needed. Answered any questions we had with ease and professionalism.

I did some Google-fu and found this place and some other place that were highly rated. Quality Pest Control had more reviews so we decided to go with them and we are very glad we did, our Technician was David and he was awesome. He listened to our points and areas of concern, he explained things well, and answered all of our questions of which there were plenty.

This is our first pest control experience and David did an amazing job, we're very happy to have him be our Tech and if the rest of the Techs at QPC are like David then it's easy to see why they have such high ratings. I will definitely refer.

Dalton came out this afternoon to do our external spring treatment. I had asked the company if they could go ahead and do an internal treatment today as well. Dalton came out and was prepared to do both treatments. Thank you Dalton! He was great to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, just genuinely easy to work with. Our tech David was great! Company is reputable and knows their stuff. There is a steep first-time cost, but if you retain their services for ~1.5 to 2 years they become one of the cheapest options for pest control services in the long run. Critical: Responsiveness Attempted to contact this business based on their near-5-star reviews but apparently they don't take calls from anyone without a 402 area code. It's a small minded approach when there is no reason for anyone to change their cellphone number when they move anymore. I'm sure there are more professional options for pest control. I called several companies and had to leave messages. I didn't hear back from them. I found this company, which had the most and the best reviews. A person actually answered the phone and a technician arrived several hours later, exactly when they were supposed to. The technician was nice, professional and answered my questions. A plus was that my crazy chihuahua who barks at and lunges at everyone, followed him around, then stood by him when he talked. Unbelievable. She likes someone. In my book, that was the best recommendation.

I was misled with the terms of my service contract with pricing and the number of visits, so chose to terminate the contract early. The contract clearly shows I would be billed every other month, but then was getting billed monthly and was told it was because they determined they needed to make monthly visits and not bimonthly. After terminating the contract I was told that I would still have a one year warranty from the date of termination.

A home inspection found that they had never even addresses my attic space on their consultation or any following service visits, and that there were mice in my attic. I asked that they make a visit under warranty since they didn't do their job to begin with and missed a huge area of my house, and they refused. The tech that came to my house was great, that's the only good thing. Otherwise their customer service, value, and ethics are absolutely awful. Do yourself a favor and save your money and use someone else.

Never, ever have I had a bad experience with your company. Always courteous, asks if any problems, is very thorough.

Carl came out to give me an estimate for treating my yard. Upon Carl's arrival Carl asked if I would walk the perimeter on the outside of my home. Carl explained and showed me what I can do to keep flies, mosquitoes, and gnats away by covering my dryer vent, getting the leaves out from underneath my deck, and removing some plywood. Carl then explained a couple different treatment options he can do so I can enjoy hanging out on my deck this summer without the bugs. I highly recommend Carl with Quality Pest Control, he is extremely knowledgeable and helps you to understand their process. Very professional and honest.

Carl originally came out to get rid of ants. He was punctual and so pleasant. He asked a lot of questions and explained his process for treating. He was thorough in his explanation of how he managed the problem and inspired confidence with his knowledge of pest control. When he was finished, he advised to give him a call if we still saw ants after 7 to 10 days.

Quality Pest Control is fantastic! We have a regular service contract with them and had an issue this fall with clover mites. I contacted them at 5 pm and they had techs out the following day before 11 a.m. to treat the problem, for free no less, since we use them for annual service. Customer service is always excellent and the techs are always very friendly. Highly, highly recommended!

There was a bit of a mix up in the beginning, but they made it right. That's great Customer Service! They sent someone out right away. That someone was, Steven McCarthy, who diagnosed the problem right away and got to work. Steven was very thorough and did a great job explaining what the bugs were and what was going on. Quality Pest Control is amazing. Steven is so nice and very informative as well as so professional. He asked me questions and then explained what he would do. We have had a wonderful experience with this company. Had a few bug issues and they have been great to work with. Very knowledgeable staff that educates you on whats going on and what you can do outside of their services to prevent/control certain issues yourself which I appreciate. We contacted them about a case of bed bugs in our home and they explained everything in detail before we agreed to their services. I honestly don't know where to begin, first if like to say the Steve is literally the BEST guy that have. He's so helpful, answers questions when I had them, and most of all I can tell that he really cares about his job and the customers.

If you look on other sites you'll see numerous praising reviews. I didn't even realize how great they were before calling. I googled on BBB for this type of business and came across them, A+. Well BBB isn't always the best indication but in this case, yes! I would give them an A+ in customer service, professionalism and, dedicating time and even when short staffed coming out at a last minute call at day's end to help me figure out if/what pest problem I had.

I would recommend them to anyone from needing a mosquito treatment (keep those stinkers off your deck/porch so you can thoroughly enjoy that beer on a summer night) to ridding your house of the many buggers that reek havoc on your home. You won't regret calling them!

We've, happily, used Quality Pest Control now for the second year inside and outside our home. Our problem with unwanted insects and spiders is, nearly, nonexistent. When we have seen an insect, Carl or one of his workers have come out to address the problem within 24 hours.

Carl and Quality Pest Control are absolutely FANTASTIC! Everything from customer service to timeliness to attention to detail is exemplary.
