Great staff and service. I just bought their service plan and Kirk was not only on time but he called ahead to make sure I was available. He was very professional and polite. I even had a few questions about my system and he was knowledgeable and very helpful with his advice (meaning he didn't try to sell me something. Just advised on what I could do.)

Great service and great people. Quality is in their name and they take that seriously. We had them do a furnace and AC tune up (a great deal if you get the package) and they cleaned all out duct work. You could actually tell the difference just breathing the air! Thanks Quality heating and cooling!

After describing the problem I had in detail and that I suspected the blower motor was shot, the tech showed up and said nothing is wrong. 1 hour later I had to recall the tech out for the same problem and guess what?

They are great company! My parents are on disability and my mom was trying to find help with their furnace. Most companies just blow off her questions and were not helpful. She was treated with respect and dispatch was very kind and helpful.

We have been doing business with Quality Heating for so long that I can't remember when we started. The have serviced units at two different homes and two different rentals. Over the years they have replaced three water heaters and installed new heating units and two A/C units in the above mentioned residences.

I cannot say enough great things about Quality Heating and Cooling. I am renting and a property management company sent a very inferior company out to look at my air conditioner. He came twice and never looked inside the unit! I called Quality Heating and Cooling and they did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and assisted me in getting the problem corrected.
