Terrible experience. They showed up to fix a broken toilet handle ($10 part) at my disabled mothers house and told her she needs a new toilet due to slight rust in the tank. They proceeded installing a toilet for $1500 before calling me for approval. When I asked for a break down between the cost of the toilet and labor they refused to give it to me.

They claim they charge per job and don't give a break down. A new toilet is $200. How is labor $1300 for a 30 min job? When I told them didn't have approval for the job, they proceeded to argue with me when I told them not to do the job because a "caregiver" gave them permission. A state caregiver does not have authority to approve work. They took advantage of a disabled veteran Avoid dealing with them.

This is the most unprofessional company I have experienced. My appointment was rescheduled twice, and a third time again without even informing. Worst of all, the receptionist at the Seattle location was the rudest person ever to talk to, and to top it all, she slammed the phone while I was speaking. I called back in great shock, and she did the same thing again! Would recommend staying away from this company.

I believe the work I had done was done correctly, however for the amount of time they spent here and the amount of time they actually spent working in my bathroom, they grossly over charge. I would consider other options before going back. $1,900 for 2 hours of work is not reasonable.

You can check my previous reviews on other companies and they're all 5 stars. Not this time, the driver didn't yield as required headed east on hwy 2 trestle and made me slam on my brakes so hard that my 6 year old screamed at the top of her lungs! It was terrifieing and I had to pull over to comfort my child and tell her everything was okay.

Summary: this place was over priced for the work that I needed done. I wish the dispatchers would have been more proactive My water heater went out so I called Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating on a Saturday afternoon and got on the schedule for Sunday morning. They called (during their arrival window) to move me to the afternoon. I told them that was fine.

During the afternoon window, they ask if they can move me to Monday in exchange for waiving the dispatch fee. I hesitate, ask if they'll be able to do the repair immediately on Monday. They say yes so I consent figuring I can just continuing staying at my friend's house. Monday rolls around and before the technician even fully enters the garage, he know this is a particular water heater model which is notorious for failing and advices I contact the manufacturer about warranties, otherwise, just replace the water heater ($2k). so not quite the instant fix I was promised.

I wish the dispatcher had asked me for make and model info, then I suspect I could have started ordering the parts sooner (I mean really it took the technician 5 seconds to know what was wrong). Anyways, I try the manufacturer and they ship out replacement parts. Once I have those in hand, I call to get back on the schedule to have them installed and get quoted $960 to install the two parts which I already have in hand.

That seems a little outrageous. I call around to competitors and find another company to do the work for $150. Turns out it was only a 30 min job. now to be fair, Puget Sound Plumbing is heating is reputable, certified, etc and was going to offer a much better warranty if I had decided to replace the new water heater. If it had come down to that, I would have picked Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating and paid the premium for their premium product but for the small and simple repair I needed done, I felt they were overpriced

Their window to show up was 11am to 1pm. They showed up at 3:45pm. $99 to show up and $420 to clear a slow draining tub. Shocking they did not waive the $99 fee given they showed up late and that is the absolute top tier price. Would avoid.

This company is a con. They asked me more than $1000 for drain cleaning. I paid the $100 visit fee to send them away. Note that I didn't call this company, they had proxy companies that collected business for them. I called another company and only cost 25% to get the job done.

Matt R. came out with his apprentice just a few hours after I called the company for a leak in our laundry line. Matt and Tyler were very professional, answered all my questions, shared their advice on how to dry the space, and even taught me a bit about their work. It is a quality repair, and their speediness helped get our other house project back on track. I don't think the service could have been any better! Thank you Matt and Tyler!

Both toilets in the house were backed up and overflowing, the response by Puget Sound Plumbing was prompt and professional. Wow! Josh and Ryan were to my house within two hours of my initial inquiry. They took a quick appraisal of my request, and offered me and honest and direct assessment of the issues related to my sink and plumbing. Appreciate them so much! This company is horrible. They were dishonest with me and the guy, Chris, I spoke with on the phone was a totally abusive and tried to gas light me. He was super manipulative and dishonest. Definitely stay away from this company! They will rip you off!

Give you a time window, don't show up. Make excuses give them more time, another excuse, then supposedly on the way, no calls, no show, wait another hour, call back supposedly got hung up, then on the way. Leave us sitting in a hot car waiting for 4 hours. Forget these people your time is valuable as well. Failure to deliver.

Customer service from plumber Steve was the worst experience I've ever had. He took one look at the area for my leak in an upstairs shower and told me it would be $600 for the work and he didn't have time nor did he want to do the work. He told me instead that he works on commission and he wondered why he was even in the business. He was more. anxious to tell me he didn't have time to take care of me and told me to rip everything out and he would come back then. No, I called another plumber who was horrified to hear the story and will make sure I'm taken care of.

Rude, poor workmanship and refusal to itemize invoices. Avoid at all costs

What a joke! We scheduled an appointment on Tuesday for them to come out today (Saturday) for our tankless hot water heater for today 9 to 11am. they call me at 9:30 this morning to tell me they don't have anyone certified for today to come out! I cant believe that I waited 4 days for this. her response was. "well I wasn't here to take the appointment". that doesn't matter! I have used them before but never again! Communication is key and you dropped the ball and didn't even care!

WARNING: Scammers! Period! DO NOT EVEN CALL THESE GUYS! Do NOT PAY THEM $100 to come into your home to give you a ridiculous quote. They pocket your $100 and they win! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Get a second opinion. These guys are over priced by far and over an hour late to my house. I needed a sink replaced and a disposal installed, the guys gave me a quote that was so outrageous. so we told them to kick rocks. Called the next guy in the book and our quote from the new company was several HUNDRED dollars less than Puget sound. highway robbery. or maybe their just high.

If I could give negative stars I would. I needed my furnace serviced so I called them and set up an appointment. I was provided a two hour window of when they would arrive and promised I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. After the 2 hour window had already passed I did receive a call saying nobody was going to be coming. I. gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled.

The next appointment the exact same thing happened; two hour window passes and I receive a call that nobody is coming. Shame on me for rescheduling a third time, but guess what.not only did the two hour window pass, but NOBODY EVEN CALLED. This organization is clearly unprofessional and poorly run. If they treat repairs and servicing the same as they do their customers prepare for your heating and plumbing systems to be neglected and treated like garbage.

Stay away from this company, they are unworthy. Charged seniors $1400 to install a water heater that had already been purchased by homeowners. All they did was connect 2 valves. NEED I SAY MORE! Company very dishonest and will cheat you any way they can.

Thank you Ben and Josh! You did a great job ( so far no leaks). You were professional and explained what needed done. Not my first rodeo with this valve so I know how long it can take. Thank you for making sure everyone's water was turned back on in a short time.

Their charging system is way off. So unfair. They take advantage of people. We were charged -$400 for a job that should have taken 10 mins but the guy slowed down to make it look like it was worth what he quoted.

Excruciating company to deal with. Overpriced, no show, late show, re-work. Waiting on them right now as a matter of fact for a second fix on a botched repair. Save yourself from this nightmare, call someone else.

I have never worked for a better company. Puget Sound Plumbing not only cares so much about their employees but they treat their customers so well. I am so lucky to have found a company that cares so much about the quality of work I provide as well as caring about my family and the well being of my family and myself.
